Tom and his team are phenomenal. After calling around and spending a day getting people to provide me with estimates and other plumbers trying to hard sell me on their way overpriced services. Tom was honest and straight forward. I immediately knew that he was the guy I should be working with.
When he arrived at the house, he was courteous and mindful. He was fast and thorough, explained in detail about the different things to look out for in my new kitchen faucet. Answered my questions when I asked about the old unit. Even showed me how why I wasn't able to get the faucet out on my own.

He will be my go-to guy moving forward as well as my first recommendation whenever someone needs any work done.

Needed help with a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. Tom's team answered my Yelp message in literally 5 minutes - Alex was at my place within 3 hours and Tom joined to help finish the job 15 minutes later. Was in the market to replace a 22 year old water heater. Tom was able to provide a competitive quote with pics that were sent. I was able to purchase my own water heater, and his guys were able to install it the day after it was delivered. Tom was responsive, and the job took less than three hours. Contacted several plumbers for a simple soldering job. Splash provided the best estimate with the most accurate anticipated work, based on a photo I sent. The plumber arrived promptly, was very forthcoming about the way he would approach the repair and the possible ways it could go. The work was done in less time than estimated, and the charge was exactly aligned to the quote. Will call them again!

If I could give 6 stars I would! First of all, I have a complicated plumbing setup in my condo (flood control installed in my bedroom floor) and was having sewage smell AND hot water banging in my condo when I needed hot water. I had at least 7 different plumbers come and contacted over 15 via yelp. Tom was the ONLY person that could do a smoke test and gave me a quote online! Once he came out, I knew I could trust him from our initial meeting because 1. He didn't try to upsell me 2. He didn't tell me he knew something he didn't -- So far I got a new hot water heater from Splash which addressed the hot water banging (also he was the only plumber that diagnosed it as a water heater issue) Next we are doing investigative work via Smoke to address and find my mysterious sewage smell issue. His prices are VERY fair and he takes the time to explain the issue so you understand what is going on. I'm a real estate broker who does a ton of rentals so I run into all kinds of tradesmen. I will put Tom at the top of my list. He is trustworthy, fair priced and experienced. Thanks Tom!!

Scheduled same day with Tom. Fast communication. Luke came by and replaced my kitchen drain pipes within 10 min. They charged me $100-$200 less than other quotes I received. They didn't charge an extra service charge like some require just to take the elevator up to my apt. Very happy with Splash Plumbers!
