We just got a new washing machine on our 2nd floor and it was leaking through the walls and ceiling to the downstairs level of our house. We called Spivey immediately and someone just happened to be the area. They stopped by within an hour and informed us that one of the water hoses wasn't tightened enough. They didn't even charge us for the service, just wanted us to be sure to call the next time we have a problem, which we most definitely will. Excellent customer service!

I was quoted a job to replace a hot water heater in a condo in Perdido Key. I felt the quote was high and questioned why. I was told the job was in depth and would take most of the day. I decided to stay around when the plumber showed up. The job took less than 2 hours. I will say total time including travel and picking up material no more than 3.5 hours. The heater was less than $600. The bill was $1960. Be careful using this business, they seem to price excessive on labor figuring the owners will not be around. Last time I will use them.

The way your plumber drives is a danger to everyone else on the road. I hope your plumbing skills are better than the way you drive. I have dash cam footage of one of your technicians cutting people off and swerving through traffic. Based purely on that, I would never use your services and couldn't recommend them. How you conduct yourself in a company vehicle should matter as well.
