I'd give Spiro 0 stars if I could. I rent so I don't get a say in who my landlord hires, but every time he calls this guy in it's a headache. He's rude, he's sloppy and he NEVER completes a job on time. We are currently waiting for him to finish a project that was supposed to be done over a month ago. And let's not forget a pipe that sticks out on a job he started years ago that still isn't done, it's cosmetic and not my property but still...) He doesn't return calls or come when he's supposed to unless he's nagged and always leaves a huge mess. Save yourself the aggravation and use someone else.

We hired this guy to do some work to our home. He has old tools which caused a big problem. He had to rip out my dining room ceiling and wall. Well, it appears he never attached the PVC pipe properly so now that my dining room ceiling and wall have been repaired we had a leak behind the sheet-rock. This morning we awoke to our new dining room ceiling falling on my dining room table! So 3 days before Thanksgiving...we are in repair mode again. Spiro...you are nobody's hero!!
