I have read some of the other reviews (negative) but my HOA recommended this company and because I live in Spicewood, I would prefer someone local. For the service I needed, they were amazing!

I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days.

They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly.

I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. They are very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called as thought pipes were frozen. Cameron came and checked everything out and assured us that all was well, no busted pipes and all worked fine. Very knowledgeable and very efficient! Now we can sleep well tonight! Price was perfect!

AWFUL experience in early February. I was quoted $185 an hour labor. I provided the tankless hot water unit and some other parts. They charged me $1,400 for a residential call for a four hour visit (There was an additional $850 for extending a gas line which I do not dispute.). The explanation of the service man in charge was that there was a two man crew. That's completely ridiculous! I didn't want to be confrontational and trusted that it would be corrected by the office manager who I trusted from prior dealings.

In mid February after numerous call, the office manager Laura agreed that I was overcharged $867 and was going to send me a check for that amount, To this day April 22 I've yet to receive the check or an answer to my attempts to reach the business. I considered suing them in small claims court but decided that passing on my story on social media and other contacts plus reporting them to the BBB would suffice. Bad Karma to you Spicewood Plumbing!

Spicewood plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. They have helped us on many occasions at several properties. Whenever I'm in a pickle, they try to accommodate my last-minute request. Always professional. Highly recommend!

A week before engaging this plumbing service I sent photos to dispatcher and explained exactly what I needed in order for plumber to have with him the necessary parts to perform the job. I repeated myself couple diff times. I asked they not send a plumber without the necessary parts. Plumber arrived and had not seen photos and had none of the required materials or tools to effect the repairs. They therefore
Left job and reappeared three hours later with parts and tools. It took them about an hours work once they arrived with the parts and tool but charged me for searching for materials and tools and over $800 later to install an upgraded Water softener. this repair was on a $4 million dollar house and the aesthetics of this workmanship was horrible. Something I would not have done to a homeless shelter. First and last time I will ever use Spicewood plumbing and will encourage our mgmt company for

I have used Spicewood Plumbers for years. i replaced my water heater 4 months ago with them. This week my water heater failed. The owner Tommy Quinn replaced it because it was under warranty but instead of compromising on labor charges since I had just had them install the first one he actually up charged. He charged me $425 for 1 1/2 hours of labor. He was very disrespectful and I will never use this company again.
