I requested Spetz plumbing to install a replacement toilet. I told them the toilet I was considering and they offered to bring the toilet and then offered a quote and a schedule. They arrived promptly and the installation was done fast and well. The new toilet fixed the problem I had having to use a plunger with the old toilet.

They scheduled a repair date that worked best for me. The repairman was friendly, professional, and very informative. I was out of town when the work was completed. They sent me and invoice that I was able to pay on my phone while fishing in my boat. This is a legit business and they charge a fair price. I will definitely use this business again for plumbing needs.

Majorly unreliable and inconsiderate. I set up an an appointment; I took a day off work to be home. They never showed up. When I called to ask where they were, they said, ""We'll come tomorrow."" So I took a second day, and again they didn't show up. I called to ask why they didn't show up and they were rude and indignant about it like it was somehow my fault they didn't show up. I wasn't getting anywhere with them, so I decided to call someone else even though I wasted two days of leave with them. Good riddance.

I had water streaming out of a ceiling light and called Spetz to identify and resolve the issue. Everyone was responsive, friendly, and professional. It felt like I already knew everyone from calling on the phone to answering the door. Michael displayed patience and friendly concern as we worked to figure out what went wrong and came up with plans B and C if plan A didn't pan out and charged what I feel like was more than fair. Fortunately for me the issue was a straightforward fix but if anything happens again I plan to call Spetz.

They were actually able to come out much earlier than expected which was great since the issue involved not being able to shut off outside water line and just snowed other day. Excellent communication. Did a super quick fix and all set to go with a nice new valve to replace the old knob. Very happy with the service. We will be relying on them for future plumbing/pipe needs.
