This guy stops work in between and try to attend other calls. Not a professional man. Never or ever hire this guy. There are thousand more available. Check for the best person. In case if you have hired don't pay until work is complete.

I would highly recommend ""Spencer Aimes"" to anyone that needs repairs done around the house. After struggling with a kitchen faucet for a couple of hours, I inquired on this website. Within 10 minutes, I received a text and confirmation that a tech could be out in less than an hour. Once he arrived, he had the faucet fixed and working in less than 30 minutes. The price was amazing as well...you won't find anything better

Do not hire this plumber. He is unreliable and unprofessional!

I hired him to unclog a disposal (the reset button wasn't doing it) and replace a shower facet cartridge (no hot water). The estimate was $100 + parts so I agreed since it was a simple task I would normally do myself, but I was traveling for work and and I was not in a position to return promptly to address this issue for my tenants.

From the report of my tenant, the plumber spent a few minutes with the disposal (I'm assuming he manually turned the disposal with an Allen Wrench) and that worked immediately. Then he spent an hour on replacing the facet cartridge (he quoted me $20-$40 for the part. After it was completed, he gave a $550+ bill to my tenant and demanded he be paid from my tenant and claimed he worked it out with me. approximately $230+ for parts, $65 for service call fee, and $250+ for labor.

He did not work this out with me at all and took advantage of my tenant! The plumber quickly deposited the check and is non-responsive to all attempts at communication. This is a scammer. Please do not use this plumber.

I made the mistake of getting something stuck in my bathroom piping. Out of frustration I called this company after I found their information online. Big mistake. I call and some random person picks up. Thinking I misdialed, I hang up and try again. I ask if they are Spencer Aimes and they confirm. I set up an appointment and have them come the next day (convenient). Next day arrives, and someone shows up in an unmarked pickup truck. I am greeted by someone without any clothing or anything else showing they work for Spencer Aimes.""Ok, maybe its a small company or something. No big deal""I think. I tell him what happened and all he replies with is ""mhhm mhmm"". So I have him work on the sink, and after tearing multiple sections of my drywall in the kitchen he concludes that we will have to cut the bathroom pipe (I wonder why he had to destroy the kitchen's drywall?)

So as I watch him work on my pipes, he continuously receives calls from his wife and chats away as I wait for him to finish. While working, he asks if I have a tools so he can work with (guess he doesnt have a tool set?). Once he finishes the work (in about 2.5 hours) he unclogs my sink and pulls object out of sink. He reapplies a pvc pipe to restore waterflow in my sink. He comes up to me with the bill and shows me: $750. I couldn't believe it. $350 for unclogging my sink, another $150 for removing the object, and another $250 for the plastic piping (which probably cost less than $20 at lowes). I was so shocked at the charge for being so high. Once I paid him (in check because he claimed he only accepted credit on jobs more than 1 thousand dollars) he instructed it that I make it out to him (instead of Spencer Aimes). How Suspicious. Throughout the process I wondered if he was licensed and insured because I felt there was something ""wrong"" with the process. Stay away from this ""company"".

Pros: Convenient (came over relatively quickly)

Cons: Not sure if he was truly licensed as I was never presented with proof or observed any proof.

Unprofessional, condesending,
Ridiculously expensive
