I recently had my water heater replaced by Spegal and they did a fantastic job! Scheduling the replacement was seamless and they were very communicative with expectations and options. They also were very competitively priced vs other providers I've used previously. All in all this company needs more recognition as they provided a wonderful experience, and I will certainly use them in the future!

Had them come out for quote on home remodel project. Had to follow up 4 times to get the quote from them. Constant excuses why they didn't get back to me.....still waiting after over 4 weeks. Don't waste your time on them, plenty other good plumbers out there. Found another plumber who quoted me in 2 days and started work shortly there after. I now have a go to plumber.

I called them at 8am on a Monday morning. When the woman answered the phone she seemed to have a bad attitude. I told her I needed a toilet replaced because it was leaking around the base. She quickly informed me that they wouldn't be able to come out until late Thursday afternoon. I thought this was odd but agreed to wait because I've used them before and figured I would get quality service. Big was I wrong! No one called to confirm the appointment the day before so I was worried my appointment wasn't even made. I had to call them the morning of just to verify they were even coming out. The woman sounded annoyed and said yes they were coming and they'd notify me when they were on the way. Well, no one notified me but a man did show up around 12:30pm. I showed him the toilet and issue I was having. There was a wet towel, pillow case and rug around the toilet area that had been sopping up the water. I went back into my living room to work and the man walks out and says he needs to get some things. Well after about 15 minutes, he walks back in and says I need to clean up around the toilet he can't put a new toilet there. I was shocked as I had notified them that it was leaking and these towels were sopping up that water. I have her listed discs in my back so it wasn't perfectly clean but surely clean enough to replace a toilet. I informed him that I could clean up it would only take a couple minutes but by the time I checked outside he had driven off. Mind you, I've waited 3 days for these people to come out with a toilet that is leaking around the base and could cause major home damage. I called the office frantically because I had company coming that evening and I had anticipated these repairs being done. A woman answered and I explained that although it was strange, I picked up the wet towels around the base of the toilet. I then hear another woman in the background get on the phone and she starts screaming at the top of her lungs that her plumber can't work in unsanitary conditions. I'm starting to think to myself if they realize that they are plumbers and dealing with toilets and sewers are part of the job but alas she yelled so much I couldn't take it and decided to end the call and appointment. I was shocked at how someone would treat a repeat customer. So, I called Rinaldi Plumbing right away and they sent a plumber out within an hour! The plumber walked in and he even touched the wet towels on the floor! This plumber was not scared of a wet towel! I was so over the moon and had my toilet replaced within the hour. The moral of this story is don't hire this company.

Terrible customer service. Company does not follow up. I had to call three times to status the estimate i requested. When i finally talked to the owner (not sure of title) he stated he needed other documents that had not been asked for by his representative that previously came out to my house for the walk through. When i inquired as to why he said everybody needs these documents. This is a false statement and when i wanted to understand more he hung up on me. I would not trust this company. Dont waste your time.

My daughter recently purchased a home with a ton of issues, including plumbing problems. Every bathroom fixture was dated, none of the shower heads worked, and the water quality was, well, in the toilet. Yes, those had to be replaced as well. Did I forget to mention the clogged bathroom shower drain? I require four things from a plumber: nothing leaks after being fixed, the repairman is on time, fair pricing, and availability. Spegal Plumbing gets an A+ in all four. Plus, Greg the plumber is a genuinely nice guy. I was finally able to go home after coordinating repairs, and Spegal's phone number is on my daughter's refrigerator if she needs them. I have every confidence in this excellent company. Thank you for the kindness you have shown to my daughter. You guys rock!
