Unprofessional, Incompetent, Useless.
Letting these people in my house was a big mistake. They have no clue how to do their job. An individual that called himself a supervisor with 14 years of experience flooded my basement, soiled my walls and did not unclog the pipe. The owner egnored my phone calls and text messages. I had to call another company to get the job done.
Do yourself a favor, hire a real plumber

They were great. Came out at 10:30pm on a Friday to fix our kitchen sink and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I would use them again and recommend them.

Called them out in February, they ran my line and pulled out nothing. Told me he would give me a 30 day warranty, then said it could be a problem on the City side. Call them first, if it's not their problem call him back. I did. The City came and went down the man whole and said that it's running fine. SPEEDY came out and said he was charging me anyway. When I called him I told him it was a warranty. Sent a kid out with a bill. I fired them.
