I live in Crozet and had a shower faucet issue but was having trouble finding a plumber that could come in a reasonable amount of time. Called Speedy Rooter and they were there the same day. They did fix the issue, kind of, and the cost was quite high. I contacted the President and told him the work was not up to par and cost was quite high. He sent his best plumber 2 days later to fix the issue and gave me a substantial refund. To me, the bottom line is they stood by their work! Plumbers have demand in their favor everywhere these days; so be careful out there folks.

The plumber fixed the leak in the pipe but charged $359 for 20 minutes worth of work.the parts could not have cost more than $50.

Price gouging experience! I learned from a local plumber & the other Rooter service in the area that I was charged by Speedy Rooter 3 times what they both would have charged me to unblock my backed up sewer problem. Also a camera was used on my sewer line but it was erased by the Speedy Rooter Technician. A few weeks later when I had an Excavator over for an estimate to put in a whole new line I was told on the phone by Speedy Rooter that a camera work wasn't saved. And.... for $195 more the Technician could return & mark my current sewer line.

We were having lots of issues with our sewer line backing up intermittently over a 2 year period. Finally, after hitting a blockage he surmised could be caused by tree roots, our plumber recommended we call Speedy Rooter because of their specialized skills and equipment. They came out right away and hydro jetted the line for us and cleared the problem temporarily. They then scoped the sewer line with a special fiber optic camera. It turned out that they needed to install a clean-out and pipe line the section that was destroyed by the tree roots. They did a fine job with that too. Dan, the owner, and his lead technician, James, consulted with us every step of the way and helped us through a very stressful situation. The entire staff is prompt, courteous, and professional . Easy 5 stars!

I called speedy rooter to fix my hot water heater in Grottoes. The plumber did not have the necessary tools to do the job and when I checked on prices they were extremely high. S I called and cancelled the work. They still showed up the next day and I told them I had cancelled the work. They charged me 200.00 dollars to drain the water heater. the president of the company notified me and apologized for the charge and sent my check back to me. Way to do good honest business speedy rooter, if I need a plumber I will call you. Thanks

He was scheduled between 3 and 5. He arrive at 5:20. I needed my drain unclogged. He said the lowest rate would start at $140. If he had to snake it, that would cost another $140. The disposal would need to be replaced and if he did that it would cost almost $500. I'm sorry but I was shocked. Am I wrong? Is this really what plumbers are making nowadays?

Jerry and Gary went above and beyond to make sure my hydro jetting got done even though there was no water at the property. They could have easily said it was a miscommunication and rescheduled but made sure my job got done on the scheduled day. Will definitely recommend in the future!

$540 for less than an hour's worth of very simple work (move an emptied water heater less than two feet and reattach a utility sink to existing pipes) and a couple plastic parts. No thanks. I did have to pay them $50 for a trip out (for nothing). Nice enough guy, but crazy prices.

I noted that my hot water heater was not working properly. I called on Monday and spoke with Jenny who sent someone over that afternoon. James arrived and diagnosed the issue within seconds. They worked with my home warranty and the process was seamless. I then developed a water leak later on that week. James returned again and was able to fix the issue. I spoke with Jenny many times through out the week and she was so kind and patient. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional. They have gained a customer for life. Now if they would only do hearing as well. Awesome awesome and just more awesome! Oh and they actually answer the phone and you speak to a live person. Always a win win

I called Speedy Rooter Plumbing very early one morning. Before 9:00 the technician showed up at my door. His name was Joe. I explained to him my problem and he proceeded to investigate and determine what should be done. When I did not understand he was very calm and helped me understand. He worked with me to solve my problem when I did not like some of the suggestions. Very nice man and made a great impression for his company. I will request him again when I have a problem.
