Exceptional work these guys do. I own a car dealership in WPB and needed quite a bit of work done here. They are prompt in coming out and getting it done and I still had an issue and they sent someone else right back out to fix it. I would refer them to anyone. There crew is awesome and the people that work in the office really take pride in the work that they do and make sure they have happy customers. They might not be the cheapest ones out there but they are the most reliable ones and would spend the extra money for them to do the work my business needs. USE THEM, I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

We used Speedy Rooter for a big job which ultimately cost around $50,000. Other than a few issues here and there, the installation was fine. Per the contract, they had agreed to pull the permit and get it fully inspected and approved by the City. However, Speedy Rooter failed to complete the City's permit process even after I contacted them several times to inform them that that the deadline was approaching and the City Clerk said the paperwork was still incorrect and inspection incomplete. Despite several communications with Speedy Rooter staff, they completely failed to correct the situation. Ultimately, I had to intervene and also shell out a few hundred dollars more to extend the deadlines before they lapsed. I had to speak with the City Clerk and inspectors to get inspections scheduled and the paperwork corrected, When I asked Speedy Rooter to reimburse the few hundred dollars spent as a result of its negligence, they failed to respond to my request and refused to pay even though the additional expense was their fault. For these reasons, I would recommend using a different Company that is honest and completes the work and permitting process. It's insane that Speedy Rooter failed to correct the situation on a job of this size or to reimburse us for the additional cost caused by their negligence.

I called Monday at 3 was given time frame,I called at 5 was given 45 minutes to an hour time frame. Went on til 9:30 nice girl name Alaina gave me hour then, truck broke down. I'll have you called first thing in morning 8:10 I called he was just reading his email about me. Alaina said family owned business it was her parents. Thanks for understanding. I'll call you in 10 minutes after I check truck. No call I called back oh he is out dumping truck Maria said. I'll call you in 10 minutes ran out to get something for my sick husband. I called back sorry so busy. Finally they came after 20 some hours and charged $550.00 to be aggravated. I won't be recommending them as follow through is non existent except for Alaina. Without toilets and a sick person doesn't work well. Won't use again.
