Rudy and his team at Speedy pumping are the BEST. They answered our emergency call to clear our septic tank back up just before my dad's siblings arrived to visit from out of state. They were prompt, professional, courteous and affordable. We highly recommend Speedy Pumping!

Rudy and Freddy were awesome. Rudy saw I called over the weekend and even though I did not leave a message, Rudy called Monday morning and came right out. My septic was full of not just waste but also tree roots. Rudy and Freddy cleaned the roots out too at no additional charge! They also checked to make sure I did not have any plumbing issues. Thankfully, I did not. These guys are friendly and responsible. They were so good, I have already made arrangements for them to come back to put a new lid on my septic tank. The kind of lid that sits higher so I will never have to dig to my lid again. I will also be using Speedy Pumping again to pump the septic tank for another home that I own. Five stars all the way.

They came out and took care of my double septic tanks quickly. I had an issue with my first tank but they quickly took care of it, which was a clogged filter. They verified my plumbing was good, and all at no extra charge. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Not honest. Pumped my septic tank twice in 2 weeks but both times only pumped one chamber. Charged me for snaking main line, it clogged up as soon as they left.
Don't do business with them.

Speedy Pumping arrived within two hours of call and my septic tank is empty. They even managed to back their very large truck through a very small gate with no damage to either. Personable, too.

After calling another company...who didn't show up and challenged me about the time I was quoted....I looked around and found Speedy pumping..
Five start all the way...
1. Answered the phone ...yay..a rarity anymore..
2. Gave us a window of time ..Yay
3. Showed up on the early side of that window of time..Yay
4. Jorge..was VERY pleasant and professional and better yet,
explained what our problems are...yay...but bummer...lol
5. He took his time and did a VERY through job.

After thirty years of having septic system..we've had..
1. Don't show up or call...
2. Show up..""pump "" ( or did they?) leave...have the same problem..refuse to come back..
3. We are not home...they come...""pump"" ...take the check..leave a receipt..we...check the tank..not pumped...never return calls...

This was the best...most pleasant...experience yet.

Speedy did not do the job thoroughly. when asked to come back and finish the job, they said ,NO WAY. Would not use them ever again.
