You are a horrible driver you nearly killed my family & I. So reckless & uncaring to those of us in the 10 freeway. You're an idiot. I hope that you get pulled over. I wish I could have videotaped your driving skills. Very unprofessional.

Thanks Jimmy! You did an amazing job re-piping my whole house. Working on an old 1920's home is not an easy task, especially when working in 2 feet of crawl space. You gave me the best quote out there. You were always on time and available for questions. I have not had any problems since you completed the job. I would definitely recommend Speedy Jay Plumbing.

Speedy Jay's Plumbing, more specifically, Jimmy, is anything BUT ""speedy"" and reliable. After eight months, the job he started has yet to be finished. Jimmy cancels, has a myriad of excuses, mostly illness related. Phones lines were yanked out, hot and cold water valves reversed, water pressure decreased, did not remove the original plumbing from under the house, etc. He's very unprofessional and discovered he is working with an expired license. He happily accepted a great deal of money from my elderly parents who now must hire another plumber to complete Jimmy's job.

I had hired another plumber to set two drains and then realized he didn't install traps in them. Drain Traps prevent gasses and odors and sound to come up from the drain. So I called a plumber and they sent Jimmy Tellez - Speedy Jay's Plumbing.
Jimmy is a con-man and rip-off artist. He responded fast within hours of my original call. He gave me a very reasonable, if not low, quote. To reset the two drains with traps to code. Jimmy seemed very friendly and trustworthy at first.
He scheduled a time when he would come back and do the job which he claimed would be finished in a day. The day he started he claimed he found a leak under the raised foundation which he fixed. He also didn't like the way the venting had been previously plumbed and he wanted to fix that as well I said OK because it was pretty simple although it really didn't need to be done. He claimed he was responsible for the finished job and wanted to make sure everything was to code and done right. Which sounded responsible so I agreed, knowing the $250 original quote that he won the job with would run over and be more expensive but, I wanted the job done quickly and done right. So I agreed. The job ran longer on that first day because of his recommended upgrades but, it was almost finished. He wrote me a bill which was over $600 and I paid him. Big Mistake because the tub drain still wasn't set. He said he would come back and recommended that he run some additional new copper pipe and reset the toilet drain. I felt the toilet was fine. His recommendations would be an additional $500. I told him to first just finish what I already paid him to do before I agree to anything more.
Then I had to wait. First, he was very busy, then, he was sick, then personal business he had to take care of. Two weeks later he stopped by late on his way home from work just to remind himself what had to be finished. He came back a few days later for about and hour but then he said he had an emergency and had to leave again but, the tub still wasn't set! I have called him and texted him for the past week with no response. I should never have given him that check until the job was finished. Don't let Jimmy Tellez of Speedy Jay's Plumbing rip you off!

Although they did show up promptly to an emergency I had and repaired it, I should have stopped there. I let them talk me into replacing a pressure valve. There was a leak after it was replaced when I called them the next day I was promised that they would come out at 5
I took off from work and they canceled. When I called I had to endure being called names and being told it was my fault there was a leak since I did not check it closely before he left. In my opinion they need to not overextend themselves and take ownership of their own mistakes. I unfortunately paid in cash and now have had to hire another plumbing company to fix their mistake.
