I used Speedy Drain for the first time this week and AJ has become my favorite plumber! He could teach a course in customer service!! AJ returned my call in less than an hour and accommodated my scheduling request for taking care of a slow kitchen drain. He arrived promptly within the two-hour window he had promised and was upbeat, pleasant, friendly and professional. He assessed the issue, cleared the drain, cleaned up and handed me a very reasonable invoice, all in well under an hour.
