I used Speedy Drain for the first time this week and AJ has become my favorite plumber! He could teach a course in customer service!! AJ returned my call in less than an hour and accommodated my scheduling request for taking care of a slow kitchen drain. He arrived promptly within the two-hour window he had promised and was upbeat, pleasant, friendly and professional. He assessed the issue, cleared the drain, cleaned up and handed me a very reasonable invoice, all in well under an hour. Their prices are extremely reasonable (especially compared to the local franchises), your calls are answered or returned by the owner, and they stand by their work.
