All my years dealing with service companies this is the worse company by far.

I did call GEI Plumbing Services for a block kitchen sink; they came and told me my pipe is broken and I should pay them $14999.50 for the repair. Before that they charged me $375 for the first deposit of $750 which I paid. The manager called me and was very rude saying that if I do not pay them $14999.50 to repair the broken pipe then I must pay them the remaining $375 for coming to my house, if not I am going to pay three times that amount. I decided that before I made the payment, I called in another plumbing company to assess the problem. The company came and told me that my pipe was not broken, that GEI Plumbing Services does not know what they are saying, they even asked me if they showed me pictures of the broken pipe, I said they did not. The company ended up unblocking the sink and ran a camera through the pipe showing that there was no broken pipe. I then called the manager of GEI Plumbing Services and again the manager was very rude, he said he had the pictures of the broken pipe, but he will not show them to me. All my years dealing with service companies this is the worse company by far, this is a very dishonest company, if you are employing their services, it is at your own risk.

I needed multiple jobs done--fixing a broken faucet handle, installing a new shower, etc. However, getting someone to actually show up became a chore. We told them we were under a time crunch and they swore it would all get done on time, but it never did. The thing they did finish on time were done incorrectly and I had to call another company to fix it. We struggled to reach the home office as there was rarely anyone there, most of the crew spoke no English and we spoke very little Spanish, so communicating was hard. They put our faucet handle on backwards, would disappear for days on end, and even flooded a small part of our home.

Save yourself time, money and a whole lot of stress. Go with someone else.

We hired GEI Plumbing for a faucet repair. They made a messy replacement, with a leaking faucet, and worse, flooded our kitchen, and refused to fix it. We had to hire another company (John Moore) to replace the faucet and the shark bite fitting.

We contested the charge with our credit card, and GEI sent our account to a collection agency.

Hire GEI Plumbing only if you want to fight a collection agency!

plugged toilet. they came the next day, cleared line. said that if there were any issues to call them back. work is guaranteed for 10 days. Can it see that and was told its on receipt, which i couldn't print at the time. when i printed it the guarantee wasn't there. the toilet plugged 2 days later. i called, got a receptionist and told them a needed a warranty call back. i told everyone that i was told that there was a guarantee and the plumber, receptionist and the plumber who was sent out later all said that but were surprised it wasn't on the paperwork as it should be. owner called name Guy who was very rude and wouldn't let me talk but rudely said I wouldn't let him talk and told me there was no guarantee and he was deciding if he would send someone out or not. He said 'i'm not snaking it again. guarantee is only for equipment replacement but nothing was replaced.' Plumber came but stoppage had been resolved. i would never have authorized any other work that would've been charged. i think owner removed the guarantee from paperwork and his employees don't know about it

We had a pipe that busted in our attic causing water to come through the ceiling in our master bedroom closet. We called this company and requested service. It was after hours and the after hour fee was $75. We were quoted $750 for the TEMPORARY repair (with a shark bite), which couldn't be done until tomorrow. This quote included busting a small hole in the ceiling and attaching the temporary fitting. This isn't the worst part, the technician they sent spoke zero English. In order for us to understand the technician's quote and recommendation for a temporary repair, we literally had to call dispatch and beg him to translate. We told the tech, no thank you for any service. We paid $75 and the tech left. Upon the tech leaving, we called the original number and explained to the owner/manager that it was not acceptable to send someone out that was unable to speak ANY English and to have to beg dispatch to translate. I explained to the owner/manager that this was a scam. You send someone out, no communication and then expect us to pay for services tomorrow AFTER we paid the call out fee and the tech did absolutely nothing. The owner/manager was so rude and continued to text my husband about how he didn't need our money and he would pay us $100 back. My husband told him to please keep the money as we consider ourselves blessed but also believe in karma. Stay away from this company as it is a scam. The technician that showed up was wearing a reflective construction jacket, it should have been the first clue this company is not legitimate. I would have given a zero star review if someone had not shown up at all.

I wanted to install two new faucets; I told them I had purchased two kids, including everything. (Underneath the cuts of the faucet) I was quoted $450 for both faucets. Then he wanted an additional $500 just to cut a pipe that was clued together. $250 each.
Better choices out there, Choose somebody else. May 22. 2023

One day later, the left faucet leaked water; I asked for the plumber's license number. I was still waiting, making me believe that a non-licensed plumber worked on the installation. BBB complaint has been filed.

This company failed to get a permit before starting work. They left all my toilets inoperable. Two not even hooked up and the upstairs toilet leaks from the tank causing addtional water damage downstairs. His workers left my downstairs tiolet full of urine since was not abale to flush. Sheetrock debris thoughout the house. Low water pressure. Unsealed penetrations in the outside walls
