Speedway plumbing cleared a drain line for us, and when it clogged again less than two months later (we know it's not the line) they refused to back up their work. Most plumbers guaranteed a line cleaning for 90 days. Do not recommend.

They showed up within an hour of calling and were in and out literally in 5 minutes and charged 285$!!! It's Sunday so figured there'd would be a bit of any extra charge but GEEZ - 285$ to unclog a toilet. Of this 85$ was for coming and 200$ to unclog the toilet. 100% happy with the work but 100% unhappy with the cost. I wasn't here to say no otherwise we would not have used their services. My wife agreed to the amount without consulting me . Oh well, happy flushing!

Not reasonable for what he did. He charged me 400 to fix a leaking bathtub right side faucet and all he replaced was the "o" ring not the valve which also needed to be replaced and how do I know? Because I called Abacus and they are who actually fixed it. Plus he was rude when I attempted to reason with him on the cost and he even asked if I had a screwdriver, what kind of plumber doesn't come with his own tools? His son went to their work truck to get it afterall but I would not recommend him whatsoever.

This is the outfit to use, " If you want to get ripped off"! I called the dispatcher for the plumbing service and was told their would be a $75 show up fee. No problem it seemed reasonable enough. She also told me the fee would be excluded if I used the service Speedway Plumbing. When Binjamin arrived I told him my air-conditioners drip line was leaking into the wall space due to a clogged line going into the vent line. The leak had built up enough water to start buckling the hallway flooring. Binjamin said he would unplug it using an electric snake. I then asked him how much would that cost and without batting an eye he said $475. I starting laughing thinking he was just kidding and told him as much. He said no he was serious. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I was afraid of doing more damage to my other wood floor's. He was up there a total of twenty minutes which comes to around $24 a minute. I'm more pissed at myself for even going along with this. I'm 74 years old and can't do things like this when I was younger. I don't begrudge anyone making a living, but this was robbery!

Cost for services seems exorbitant - $540 for snaking a clogged toilet.

I was in a different city, and my wife told me at night that the master bathroom toilet was flooding. Since we couldn't figure out if the water to the toilet had been shut off properly, I checked online and found a company that would field emergency plumbing calls and called Speedway. I was told that there would be a minimum $180 charge that would be included in the final cost and asked them to go ahead and send the guy. To their credit, he arrived quickly. When he got there, he said that trying plunger first was not an option because we didn't have one, and he didn't bring one with him. He then said that snaking the toilet would be $540 and asked if we would like to proceed.
I contacted them via phone and online form the following day. The answer service person said that they would forward the message. I have not received a response either by phone or by email.

I called 24-hour plumbing @ 281-766-7821 on 12/28/17 and Binjamin was sent out to provide service. I believe Binjamin charges according to the quality of your home. If he observes you have a nice home the price goes up. He was very inconsistent with pricing when I asked how much he charged for services. He didn't correctly diagnose the problem, I had to point it out... he told me a price and said this includes the trip charge and once I said "I was told told if I allowed you to do the work I wouldn't pay the trip charge" He said sorry no trip charge...but the price didn't change. He also used one of the parts that my husband had already purchased. It took him less than 15 minutes to replace. I asked for a receipt and was told he ran out of them and would email me the invoice (I never received it).The toilet in my master bed room ran all night after the repairs (this was not our issue before) so I asked my husband to call him to come back out. Binjamin was sure to mention if he had to make any other repairs it would be another fee. Binjamin comes back to tell me that the flapper was no good causing the toilet not to fill up and needed to be replaced and would cost $55. I let him know there was no previous issue with the flapper and that I just paid him $195 the day before to basically do nothing. He then states it cost like $5 at home depot, your husband can go get it and replace it. To make a long story short I asked him for a manager's number and he went out to the truck brought in a flapper and replaced it. Binjamin then called my husband to complain that I wouldn't pay him the $55. My husband said "we shouldn't have to because you checked the toilet inside out yesterday and you didn't see the flapper needed replacing". Binjamin hung up in his face. I called the number listed above back 12/29/17 and the lady that answered the phone (Lou Ann) was semi-rude and promised an invoice, which I still never received. I called again today 1/11/18 they hung up twice and when I finally spoke to someone I asked for the manager (George) whom I was told wasn't in, and the guy that I spoke to was very dismissive and said I'll get the invoice to you. Needless to say, I am totally dissatisfied with the service and the toilet is still not operating to my satisfaction. It is awful for a business to price gouge and not provide you with a receipt for services or what he repaired.

Binjimin showed up hours later than promised. He didn't even know my contractors name. He handed my husband his card, which did not have his license number on it. I asked what his license number was and he rolled his eyes at me and said "I have license" So I asked again. I told him I can't have him do the work if he wasn't licensed because my home owners would not continue my coverage. He pretty much walked out.

Then I went to his web page, which is COVERED with grammar and spelling errors. HE may very well be a decent plumber, but I had a right to ask to see a license. If a professional plumber can't show me his license, this does not engender much trust.

I call this Guy to unblock my drain. so so dispoint . No professional. Wear dirty shoes. All he talking is about money money!!! I have to clean all the dirty water. All he is use machine to unblock. Mess up whole kitchen without clean. But his price is the worst!! $500 half hour!!
Don't recommend use this company any more!!!!

Came home and wife decided to take a bath in the tub, started running the water and then all crap started. Water started coming up through toilets and shower. Water began to overflow into the closets and garage! Called Speeday the next morning and they came out by 8:00am and found the issue, cleared the line and all is a go now!
