Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

My sink had a stoppage and I needed a plumber quick I contacted them on a Saturday and Willam referred me to come on Monday because the price was cheaper I'm glad I went with this company because Michael my tech was fast professional and on time and got the job done within 5 mins If you ever need a plumber that's reliable contact speed rooter :)

I liked their service and courtesy. They did a clean speedy job clearing my clogged bathroom sink. I think it took Mike 5 to 10 minutes from start to finish. When you was done he cleaned the sink so I didn't have to clean it. Everything was the way it should be when he finished.
In my opinion, the price was fair and I have no complaints. William, the owner, kept me in the loop so I knew when to expect the technician. It was all very professional and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They do more than clearing clogged drains. They do other plumbing services like servicing tankless water heaters. I will be giving them a call when it's time to do the maintenance service for my water heater. I was very happy with their work.

Wow. Quick, no fuss, give you the answers you need right over the phone service. Didn't give me the runaround and was able to advise me with pictures and a quick video I text messages to him. On Super Bowl Sunday no less! I will definitely be calling him for future work.

I knew I was in great hands when I spoke to Tiffany over then phone when placing my order, her professional over the phone with making sure that William arrived to my business promptly was impeccable. William came to my hair Salon to unstop my shampoo bowls dressed appropriately with both a mask and shield. I was a bit uneasy because all three of working shampoo bowls were clogged with hair, but William assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Not only did he unclog my drains in a timely fashion but he was very neat and clean which is not alway the case with plumbers. I will definitely be calling back for frequent clean outs. My review is about the person who takes the order, and dispatches the person for repairs. The plumbers themselves are knowledgeable, courteous, and on time.
I called Speed Drain, and told the person my maintenance worker had used a 35 ft. snake for the clogged kitchen sink, but it didn't correct the problem. The apartment is above a parking area, and drains down into the main drain (at least 60 feet, or more). So, the plumber they send will need a longer snake (at least 100 feet). I had to wait until the early afternoon. When the plumber arrived, he only had a 40 ft. snake, which of course didn't work. He told me he could return the next morning around 10:00 am, with a longer snake. So, one day wasted. Then, later, the person to whom I first spoke with, called me and said no one would be able to return until late in the afternoon, the next day (another wasted day?). I don't think so. I told her to forget it and I'll call someone who is more competent to handle the job more professionally.
I called another plumber who took care off the problem, having the correct tools for the job, and handled it in less than 2 hours.

5 star !! extraordinary !!! (is all i can say about this company)

this month, i had an emergency flood situtaion in my home. it was bad. really, really, really bad. i just knew at this time of day it was going to be difficult and expensive to find service for the fix. after searching online for technicians in the area, one of the top choices and who were available, were ""speed rooter"", in the los angeles ""90008"" area. immediately from dispatch to the performance of the work :) , it was absolutely a-1 !!!!!!!. now i see why they have been around for 45 years way longer than i've been alive ! continue the great work speed rooter !!!
