I called them to look at or repair a garbage disposal and before the man got in my house he was quoting the highest price possible without even looking at what was going on. On top of everything he said he needed cash. He stayed at my house for ten minutes and collected $350 in cash and told me I had an electricity problem and left. I now have a new garbage disposal I can't use. I called his he said at least I have new garbage disposal. I have never seen such unprofessional company in my life.

He was really friendly and came quickly! Needed a good plumber for a service after 7pm and he pulled through for an emergency job as my sink had flooded. Great service - would recommend.

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
