Found Cristian on Thumbtack but could not contact him through the app. Thankfully, someone mentioned his name and company in their review, and I looked him up on Yelp. This may be his first review on Yelp but if you check Google or Thumbtack, he has hundreds of 5-star reviews. I understand why. He lived up to his company name. He answered my call/text immediately. He came the same day-within an hour without a fee. He quoted the repairs hundreds of $$$ lower than companies I normally use. He was thorough and the bathroom was spotless. No sign of work at all. He took everything to the trash afterward and said he'd come back anytime if there was an issue - but he doesn't expect one. Neither do I! This was one of the best plumbing service call experiences I've ever had!
