Ben and his team helped make a pretty bad situation better. They replaced the main sewer line and restored our sewer access in a matter of days from the time of the first call. Spectrum was one of the only plumbing businesses that returned our call over the weekend. Ben was thorough and kept us informed. He is honest, personable and was sensitive to the fact that plumbing issues are inconvenient and costly. He sent us itemized quotes quickly as well as the final invoice so we weren't left in suspense. I can't express enough how impressed we were. We will absolutely use Spectrum in the future for plumbing or heating and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing and heating company.

I called Spectrum May 30th for a plumbing problem. They sent Nate [who was awesome] out on June 2 to assess the problem. I was told they would call me back the next day, June 3, with a game plan. No call. I called them back on Tuesday June 7th, left a message. No call back. I called again June 9th, left another message. No call back. I called them a third time on June 10th and left yet another message. Still no call back. I texted them on June 13th asking for a call. I got a call on June 14th, asking what questions I had for Ben [the owner]. I explained I didn't have any questions for Ben, I was waiting for them to tell me what their game plan was for my plumbing problem. They said someone would be out this Thursday or Friday to do the job. I was happy. I got a text 4 hours later saying they won't be out this week to do the job because they are too busy and please call ""Marv's"" , that is who they recommend when they have to pass things up. Marv's had bad reviews by the way.

Very frustrating. I think they are a good company, possibly just growing too fast to keep up and leaving small jobs hanging.

I recently opened a salon in a building that had been a tattoo shop and Spectrum did all the work. They completely updated the bathroom, added plumbing where there had been none, and upgraded everything for me. The place is beautiful and you would never guess how it had been before!!
