So terribly disappointed in our bathroom we had refinished by Specialty Plumbing. A few months after our remodel our faucet was loose, towel racks were falling off, ceiling vent was not working properly and the ceiling was peeling. We also ordered certain brand names and was given something completely different. Terribly disappoint and would never recommend or use them again.

Very disappointed!!!
I am just a humble homeowner, not a licensed professional and I needed a small part for my furnace...just a simple bleeder valve (perhaps homeowners are not worthy of Specialty Bath's respect?? Gotta wonder!). On the ""friendly"" advice of a professional at Rice Hardware of Windsor (Rice did not have the part) I went to TORRCO in East Windsor, but unfortunately, TORRCO did not have it, so I looked on Google and that is how I found SPECIALTY BATH AND PLUMBING SUPPLY.
Hoping for a friendly and helpful professional to assist me, I gave them a call and explained my need to the man who answered the phone...instead I got an impatient man who spoke in a terse voice and treated me like I was bothering him. In what I gathered was his ""why are you wasting my time?"" voice, he told me to go to TORRCO, and I told him that I already had. Then, being easily able to read the rather obvious Derogatory tone in his voice, which amounted to what must have been his very best ""this guy sucks and I am through talking to him"" attitude, he then snapped at me, telling me to go to another place in Springfield that I had not heard of, then without waiting for my response, he very flatly said, ""Goodbye"", and he hung up the phone.
The saying goes...""YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION"". I had never heard of SPECIALTY BATH AND PLUMBING SUPPLY before today, nor have I ever spoken with anyone from this company before today, so I had no reason to expect such an unfriendly exchange with them.
Was this guy just coincidentally having a really bad day today...on the day I first ever have any dealings with them? Who knows...I suppose it's possible. But having been a business owner myself for over fifteen years, I can say in complete honesty that even on my WORST day, I have NEVER spoken to ANY potential or existing customer the way in which this man spoke with me!
Bottom line? ...BUYER BEWARE!
