We have been using Specialty Plumbing to service multiple office locations for years. The plumbers are easy to work with and very good at explaining what they are doing and what needs to be done!

They have done camera-ing of our sewer lines, drain cleaning, fixture repairs and more. Juli (dispatcher) is very accommodating with the scheduling. We continue to use them for our plumbing needs!

We hired Specialty Plumbing to do all aspects of plumbing for construction of a new custom home. The rough-in was done by a seasoned employee that left Specialty half way through our job. Almost without fail, every other person they sent to work on our house, when they bothered to send someone after repeatedly ignored calls and emails, did near everything wrong, including failing to put the resin beads in the water softener, hooking the reverse osmosis system to the water softener brine tank, toilets that leaked from the bottom, sinks with the incorrect fittings, improperly vented drain pipes, and leaks under sinks.

Then the real problems came; an over tightened fitting which cracked and leaked for 36 hours, pretty well destroying our basement and our belongings, and a sewer line that repeatedly backed up due to being installed for 40 feet with only 1/2 inch of fall and a large sag in the middle, causing repeated sewage backups and overflows in the house.

The owner Ken refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes and refuses to reimburse us for the cost of fixing what they did wrong, which numbers in the tens of thousands now. He doesn't oversee his jobs at all and just lets his employees make significant mistakes like they did on our house without any supervision.

This company is a disaster, they deserve negative stars.

I love these folks. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable, and the plumbers are really nice and helpful and explain things to you. They were really on top of things when we needed someone urgently. We've used them for years, for everything from major plumbing issues to changing the water filters. Highly recommend.

Customer service of this company is horrific. Receptionist is sweet, anything past that and you're screwed! Not sure if I talked to the office manager or the owner's wife, but she should know better in a small town not to treat potential customers so disrespectfully. Luckily there are options here in town so I called Lewis Plumbing instead :)

Had Ken the owner come out do a job for me at my salon. That was back in 2014. It's now 2015 and the job is still not complete! They send me bill after bill, saying ""passed due"" but they haven't even finished the job they started!! They flooded my salon! They damaged many of my items in the salon that were brand new! When I asked the owner to fix the damages me asked me how I placed the tile. When I explained how he said ""oh had u done or properly they wouldn't have lifted!"" I said ""no! Had your men not flooded my business nothing would be damaged!"" The repairs were half ass! I still have tile lifting and idk if there is water damage behind a new wall I had installed. The office manager Julie is horrible! She attacked me over the phone. Doesn't let anyone put in one word when trying to explain a situation, and when she finally does and you ask her ""is this how specialty plumbing conducts business?"" she responds with ""umm I just cant take your word, I'm going to ask my guys to see what really happened."" Really like I would lie about my shop being damaged? So many things went wrong!!! They didn't flush my pipes when they replaced a cold water pipe. I had cooper n goo in clients hair. The goo stained my shampoo bowls (and my bowls were brand new)! My restroom floor is uneven because of them! I make an appointment for them to redo my floor that they had to dig up and they decide to leave a note on my front door saying for me to call and make a new appointment. Who does that? I would never do business with this company again! And I've made sure to tell everyone I know not to hire them for a job either! I'm beyond disappointed! Just a joke and a waste of my time! Now I have to hire someone outside to finish what they created which means more money out of my pocket! I hope I opened anyone's eyes with this review so everyone knows the ""quality work"" this plumbing service does. Oh and 1 star is too many stars to give them but yelp would let me put zero.
