Our HVAC stopped working during a heat wave and we had received an INSANE quote from another place because they said our system was too old to repair. I contacted Specialized for a second opinion and the technician fixed the problem! We were so happy, we paid for a new thermostat as well as the repair. We do have to replace the system within the next year and will be contacting Specialized to do the job

Absolutely awesome company! Very responsive! The tech sent out was very friendly and professional.. worked the issue and made sure he only fixed what was wrong! Very affordable prices and I'm very impressed and will definitely call again for any future service to my HVAC system! Highly recommend!!

HVAC system was out during hottest days so far. Called Specialized HVAC and they came out next morning. They cleaned a lot of cottonwood out of the outside unit and restarted it. A few hours later they called to see if everything was working ok... the house still wasn't cooling down- so they came back and added Freon. That did the trick... they didn't even charge for the second trip. Very professional and courteous. We'll call them for annual maintenance going forward

Thank you Specialized Mechanical for making me a satisfied customer. Promises made were promises kept. Robert and Joe were prompt, polite and professional. They worked well as a team and were able to overcome the unique challenges my older home gave them. They took care to protect my carpets when taking the old furnace out and bringing the new one in. I am extremely pleased with the performance of my new Lennox furnace. I immediately noticed a warmer air flow on the same temperature setting as the old one. It runs quieter and puts less dust in the air. I will recommend your company to all my family and friends.
