Appreciate the weekend work and was prepared for an upcharge but wow! For a job that took 5 minutes, $523?! Unfortunately pricing was not discussed before hand or we would have gone elsewhere or waited till Monday. Totally outrageous, buyer beware this pcompany!!

Danny is great to work with. I initially contacted him on Saturday with a follow up on Sunday. He answered his phone and came over to see why we were without heat and hot water. He try's to find the best deal on parts and when necessary contacts Rinnai to see if there might be a better way. He is very knowledgeable about heating systems.
