Spec Home Drain Services is to call when your plumbing is in need of help. Our water heater's burner was out, we got a replacement through warranty and we called a few places, they wouldn't install something ordered through the warranty, which to me doesn't make sense at all. First, you don't carry the part and second you don't install? Anyways, make the long story short. I found Spec Home Drain on yelp, it was late afternoon, I spoke to Joseph. He said he was able to install within the next hour. He showed up early and had my situation resolved quickly. Great pricing and the best customer service. Thank you again!

I called Joseph for some emergency fixes in the kitchen and in the bathroom before my tenant moved in, and he was able to schedule something on a short notice. It was quite an ordeal for me so I asked him a thousand questions, but he remained professional and was thorough throughout the whole process, explaining every problem areas and how and why it was going to be fixed. I highly recommend Joseph!

I had a clog in kitchen sink. Joseph came on Saturday and fixed it in 30 mins. The clog was way down in the building pipe and he snaked it away. Great service, great communication. Will be my go to guy for everything related to plumbing.

When your toilet starts bubbling you know something bad is going to happen. When it's after 5pm you know it's not going to be easy to find someone reasonably priced to help you. Fortunately I was able to get ahold of Joseph. He was very responsive, both texting me and calling me, and I really appreciated that. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Joe showed up on time as scheduled, and worked tirelessly to resolve the water issues.
The job took 4 days. Joe worked till 12am everyday to get it done asap.
He cleaned after job completion, provided a video to show the results, and was always patient with my silly questions.

Definitely hire him! We had an emergency of leaks under the house between three bathrooms! And he fixed it in one day. He's super professional, cool, and trustworthy. He knows what he's doing unlike the first person that came to check it out. He was working his butt off 8 hours under the house and explained to us everything he was doing. Now about one month later everything is still good.

Answered immediately at 9pm the Friday night before xmas eve to fix a clog in our bathroom, and quoted a fair price, not the crazy holiday prices I got from some folks.

He showed up in an hour to diagnose the problem, figured out that he couldn't use our cleanout that night, and came back the next day (since our kid was asleep and we didn't want to wake her). No extra charge, just came back the next day, fixed it quickly between nap times. The whole time, he was super polite, and explained everything he was doing. Great experience all around!

I did not have a good experience with Joseph. I needed a thermocouple replacement for my water heater. Joseph came on time, but he looked very disorganized. He struggled with disassembling the part - he easily spent 2 hours with it and then banged - literally! - together the replacement part and installed it. The heater did not work but he nevertheless asked for the full payment from my spouse because I wasn't around. He called in later to tell me that the entire assembly needed replacement. I then had to call a $$$ plumber who pointed out the places where the wiring was damaged and I had to shell out almost 500$ to fix the heater. Joseph then promised to atleast refund the money he took (without finishing the job) but never got around to it despite numerous calls. Please look elsewhere if you have any job of moderate complexity.

Joseph replaced a sump pump in our crawl space. Initial call was clear and helpful. Showed up on time, worked diligently, and took pride in a job done right. Was accommodating to additional requests for other minor work. Paid attention to details including not tracking any dirt from the crawl space into the house. Very fair and pleasant person, would certainly recommend his work.
