Christina P.The technicians Jeff & Brian are A+! I was really pleased with them and the service they provided. They arrived perfectly on time, I didn't have to wait at all. They were courteous, knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. The fees were explained up front so no surprises. I've called them 3 times so far and have been impressed every time.
I had Spartan come out to solve a leaky toilet issue today. This is the second time we have used Spartan for plumbing services. The first time was to help install some sinks. Very prompt, courteous, and confident service. If you need an experienced plumber call Spartan! They stand by their work. They do the job right the first time. If there any issues they will make it right.
Our renter had been complaining of low water pressure and if the problem was in the wall the condo association would be responsible for the fix. The condo association required a plumber to certify the water pressure was low at the point it came out of the wall, specifically where the sinks, toilets and laundry was located.
We had Spartan come out and specifically requested they check the water pressure at every point where it came out of the wall (sinks, toilets and laundry). Instead they only checked the pressure at the outside hose bibs and inside at the laundry.
When I talked to them about this and stated that they did not do the work I specifically requested I was told it would be an extra $160 because they needed to buy a special tool.
We had some back and forth conversations and eventually they came back out and finished the job per my original request and at no additional cost.
Justin has been to our house twice to fix a leak in the laundry room and again to fix the bathroom. He is great. The lady who answers the phone is very friendly and professional. The company has been able to come same day both times. Cannot recommend enough. We will come continue to use this company for all our plumbing needs.
Ian P.I called Spartan Services on Tuesday and they had Mark out the next day to fix a drain in our laundry that was clogged. The solution seemed to be our septic tank at first, but something seemed a little off about it, so Mark decided to try a couple other things and it turned out his persistence paid off because it turned out to just be a bad clog and he then got it fixed in no time. I'm so glad that he didn't just give up and say he couldn't help us, because it would have ended up being way more money to get the septic tank checked out. Very pleasant visit, very hard worker, will absolutely call them again next time!
Danielle S.The service technician, Craig, came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. From the time I made the call until completion the staff was friendly and efficient. I will certainly call them in the future and recommend them to others.
Dennis B.I had contacted Spartan a few weeks ago about a leak in my crawlspace. It was very hard for me as I fix most things like this around my home. This repair was just out of my wheelhouse because of the location. After giving them detailed info on the leak, they were able to provide a very rough idea as too cost. Jeff came out and got it handled, and did a great job. Also, the job came in at the cost that was roughly given. Being in service in a similar industry, I know first hand all the negativity your hear on a regular basis. It's always a releaf to hear about the positive. Spartan was able to deliver on that...
Mod B.We called Spartan out to clear up a bathroom sink drain clog recently. They wouldn't quote me a price over the phone which I thought was suspect (but understandable) but I decided to use them based on the overall good reviews found online.
Craig their 'unclog master' arrived timely as scheduled to unclog the bathroom sink drain. After a quick look see he quoted me a flat rate of $200 after sizing me up it seemed. After about 20 minutes he had reamed out the pipe a single time and was done. No second pass was made to make sure it was completely unclogged. We did run the water which seemed to flow fine.
I felt the cost was excessive for a 20 minute stop and only one pass through the pipe. The $200 flat rate was painful. Perhaps we would have done better calling a plumber who charges $100 per hour who could get the job done for half the cost or less.
Ashley B.I went through a couple different Plumbing Services before I called Spartan. The guy that showed up was super nice. Really helpful. Gave me 1 price up front without trying to over charge me. Or make me pay for something I didn't really need. They unclogged my toilet within 30 minutes of being there. Definitely will use them again!
Bob W.My ineptitude as a plumber necessitated having a plumber fix the drain in our 65 year old sink after I blotched the job up. The plumber came on time and spent four hours trying to get new plumbing fix an antiquated sink. Great job! We would definitely call Spartan again.
