Like everyone else, we hate to have to call on a Plumber to assist. But when you find a great one...well that definitely makes a huge difference. We called late on a Sunday evening and were able to get someone out on Monday morning. Excellent response time. That alone was fantastic! But then we met Mark. He was Amazing! Very professional. He listened, advised, and explained everything to us. The pricing was reasonable and Mark absolutely went the extra mile for us. We'll need a bit more work done in the near future and not only will we be sure to use Spartan, but we'll be asking for Mark as well. We highly recommend Spartan! Thanks so much for helping.

Extremely responsive especially in a time of need. The evening before Christmas Eve our kitchen faucet began to leak. Every time we turned on the faucet, water would flood underneath. Given being just before the Christmas holiday we didn't think we would have a working faucet. They were able to come out on Christmas Eve first thing in the morning, diagnose and replace the faucet for us by lunch and we were off to the races. Good customer service and quick to resolve. Would recommend.

Contact call at 0800 Friday promising 1000-1200 service.

Service [clogged kitchen drain (grease)] cleared by Craig Dr Vivo [long time SPARTAN employee] quickly, cleanly and professionally ~~ SPARTAN will be our GO-TO plumber in the future...!!!

Spartan provided a competitive bid on a complete replumbing of my basement bathroom and washer.
As a single woman and house owner, I went with them because I appreciated how Jeff explained the approach they'd take to upgrade my old and poorly designed layout -- I felt I could trust their guidance about the best way to reconfigure the plumbing -- something I'd never dealt with before and was anxious about because it will be set in concrete. They added an exterior pipe to connect to the sewer line which was also getting updated so they squeezed me in to be on site at the same time, which I also appreciated! The work was done quickly, efficiently and with communication every step of the way. The work comes with a one year warranty. I highly recommend Spartan and will use them again when I need future plumbing help!

I had a great experience with Spartan Services, Inc. yesterday that I wanted to share with you.
Jeff came by to give us an on-the-spot quote to reconfigure old plumbing dating back 30 years (or more). The quote ended up coming in under all other quotes we'd received thus far. No only that, Jeff was kind, courteous, and professional every step of the way, and was able to care of what needed to be done right then and there . NO waiting or rescheduling required.
That's what I call excellence in service folks. Thanks Jeff (and team Spartan), for coming through for us when we needed you~!

Pros: They arrived on time, were friendly, got the job done and made sure everything was working. Cons: Left the breaker box door open in my garage, one of the guys smoked a cigarette in my driveway on the way out and the smell wafted into my house, and they didn't have shoe covers.

Enrique is doing some work at a Tacoma house we are remodeling, when he got there in the morning, the bathroom needed some more prep work done so he could finish. We got our guy out there to get the shower ready. Enrique can back out at the end of the day to finish the job only to find out the piece we had did not fit correctly, so he's coming back in the morning with a new piece. Thank you Enrique for your honest and hard work, it does not go unappreciated!!

I am very pleased with this company. I told them it was not an emergency, but they scheduled someone to come out in one hour anyway. The plumber was very efficient, courteous, and professional. He had my sink flowing again very quickly. Cleaned up after himself. Of course plumbing repairs are expensive, but I needed someone who knew more than I did (not that hard to do). I don't begrudge paying a plumber what they are due. It is work I do not want to do, and can't live without it. I highly recommend Spartan Services for plumbing needs.
