Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.

Used Spartan Plumbing and Cooling for a plumbing problem,so when my AC went out they were the first place I called. Bill was really wonderful, called me back and explained everything I had to know.I ended up replacing the unit which was 15 yrs old.Bill and his helper were very professional and explained everything they were doing.I would definitely call them again for my plumbing and cooling needs! Thanks Bill !!

I called them on a Sunday evening at 7:30 with a water leak in the external wall of the house. They arrived within 45 minutes and did a professional job of solving the problem

It is my recommendation that you find another plumber. This plumber does not back their work. They only partially resolved our issue then retuned asking for double payment to complete the job. When we said no and asked them to leave, they unscrewed everything only to leave a huge mess in our home. We gladly paid the next plumber (a different company) to do the job right the first time. Why bother with a plumber that is not ethical? There are many plumbers to choose from.

Hired Spartan in late November for an expensive repair to a collapsed kitchen drain pipe. Won't be working with this company again.

Plumbers left a large selection of tools, including sawzall, wrenches, toolbox abandoned in the kitchen and would not return to finish the job.

I texted and called the boss of the crew for nearly three weeks asking them to come back and finish the job. Finally I had to call the company owner who came out himself.

Overall, extremely unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful.

I witnessed a close accident when a Spartan Plumbing truck made a left into oncoming traffic. I called the company, told the operator what I saw and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager (Gina) who informed me that they knew who it was and that they would take care of it.

I would think twice before hiring Spartan plumbing.

Installed a tankless water heater for us...great service...great techs...extremely knowledgeable and helpful...both my husband and I would recommend for jobs both large or small...they are a bit higher than other bids we received although...we got what we paid for...plus a 10yr warranty!

Lifesavers! I've trusted Spartan with my plumbing for a few years (broken underground waste line, water heater replacement) and they have always dealt straight, charged fair prices, and performed quality work. This week I called them to step in and repair a non-working heat pump that another contractor had butchered the repair on. They responded promptly, honored a quote from two months ago, and had techs on the roof the next morning. They worked through the 2nd hottest day in Tucson history, and stayed with it until the unit was running perfectly. No delays, no hidden costs, no games, and the unit is running perfectly

Incompetent. In April of 2016, Spartan installed a high-end Grohe faucet (I only mention this as proof they were not dealing with a sub-standard equipment) in my kitchen. It worked fine for about a year until the faucet began to loosen significantly. I called Spartan in early May of 2017 in order to tighten the fixture before it became detached. A tech showed up the following day and did manage to tighten the faucet. Unfortunately, he caused additional problems before leaving. I soon noticed the retractable hose no longer worked and the unit was about 30 degrees off center. Despite the fact that their tech clearly was unfamiliar with the brand, they sent the same guy the very next day! Now the hose retracts, but only at certain angles and the unit is even more off center (about 45 degrees to the east). It is so far off center the faucet can only reach about half way across the sink At this stage, I'll just have to call a real plumber. It should also be noted that I was charged a $104 service fee, despite the fact that Spartan had installed the fixture less than 13 months ago. In summary, is you want inept service and wasting your money, Spartan is the place for you.
