This is long overdue but Vaughn came out to our house back in November to fix a leak we had in our basement room. He was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He gave us many options on what the leak could possibly be before getting to work. It is really hard to find a plumber you can trust and that knows what they are doing. He had a great attitude the entire time he was here and let me tell you ...he was here for quite a bit of time. We had some issues with Aurora water and had to wait multiple times for them to come out to the house and turn the water on/off and Vaughn was patient with us the entire time. We will definitely be looking forward to using your services here again soon. Services were very well priced, customer service was superb, and the job itself was complete all within a couple of hours.

Work is good. Easy to make an appointment, but they were almost 2 hrs late. 1300$ for some PVC piping seemed expensive AF but I needed the work done so they got me. But like I said work is good.

5280 Plumbing & Drain Services' level of customer service was well beyond what we have experienced with other plumbing companies. They do not charge to inspect the job, provide an upfront quote, and their work was excellent. I give them high marks for communication; you know before the job begins exactly what will be done, and the cost. We had a kitchen sink leak problem, and we had two plumbers from another company try to fix the problem on two occasions--and the leak returned. Rather than have the original plumbing company return, we contacted 5280. In the future, whenever we have a plumbing issue, 5280 will be our first call. Ian was the tech, and he was excellent. He even spent time between the site visits researching our plumbing problem.

As a Handyman, I respect any company that provides open communications and sets good expectations during the interaction. Extremely satisfied customer here. Vaughn came to fix our master bathroom sink and now we have no more leaks! Vaughn was extremely helpful and walked me through the changes he was going to make and how they would relieve our drainage problem. He answered every question I had. After putting everything back together, he tested the drainage several times to ensure everything was perfect before calling the job done.
