Our plumber Gabe Carr was really great at explaining exactly what he was doing and resolved the issue quickly. We had 2 drains in the bathroom that were terribly clogged and Gabe cleared them out completely. I'll be called Spartan again, which with our very old house, I'm sure won't be long.

I've had spartan plumbing out for a couple calls regarding rooting/clearing lines. They did a good job. I found Spartan to be a little expensive but every time I mentioned a competitor coupon they honored it. This was nice because their service/expertise is truly good

Great communication, prompt service, and a fair price. When no one else would call me back Spartan came out EARLY. Vaughn was professional, friendly, and installed my new kitchen faucet in no time. Plus, he helped me DOUBLE our water pressure. I think I found my new plumber.

I have used Spartan Plumbing for a few things around my house. They always come and do a professional job at an affordable price. Living in an older home, we have drain issues and old pipes so I need a good plumber to have in my back pocket. After today's visit, I don't need to shop around for plumbers because Spartan is hired. I have had Jacob and Vaughn as my plumbers and both have gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and I am happy. What more can a homeowner want? Thanks,

I'll start by saying that everyone at Spartan Plumbing was very kind, and they were very easy to work with! I had a new kitchen countertop installed and needed help installing a new sink at a very specific time and day. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were very prompt in responding and answering questions.

My only issue with their service was the quote didn't match the services performed, and it ended up being very overpriced.

When the technician arrived, we got our quote and it was quite a bit higher than I expected. However I was told due to the depth of the sink and the current placement of the drain pipes, they would need to go into the crawlspace, cut through the floor, and run a new drain line. While they were down there they would also replace some copper piping that had some corrosion. It all seemed reasonable at the time.

It turned out the work was much simpler once the sink was dropped in. It only required dropping in the sink, installing the garbage disposal, and hooking up the disposal to the drain pipe with 1 foot of new pipe. Despite this, the sink installation still cost *$800*, and the copper pipe corrosion fix never happened either.

We just had Randy and Luke come and do some major plumbing in our bathroom and the main shut off to the house. Whenever we have repair men come to our house I get very anxious and worried. Within a few minutes of meeting Randy, that anxiety and worry went away.
Our house is pretty old so what can go wrong does go wrong anytime repairs are made. Through it all Randy and Luke stayed positive and solved whatever problems came up. The price was incredibly reasonable. In fact I thought it would be much more.
I would highly recommend Spartan Plumbing to anyone, and will do so if anyone I know has plumbing issues. These guys are incredible.

The folks at Spartan plumbing are absolutely the greatest. I had a leaky outside water hydrant which need to be repaired or replaced. The lady in the office was super nice when I called. They sent two folks (Jacob and Gabe) out the same day to evaluate the situation and discuss options. We figured it was likely we'd break the pipe when removing the head of the hydrant since it's been there for 25 years. We were lucky as when they returned to fix/replace it they were able to remove the head, replace the stopper at the end of the shut off rod and put a new head on the pipe. I was so happy we did not have to dig up the entire hydrant and replace it. They were so nice, responsive and easy to work with. The price they changed was more than fair. This is not the usual plumbing job and I was a little afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to do this. They said they hadn't done these before but were more than willing to figure it out which I really appreciated. The hydrant is working perfectly and hopefully it will be another 20 years before it needs to be repaired. I had occasion to chat with Sam who is one of the owners and he was absolutely great in addressing all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs and old houses have plumbing needs. They are the best.

I would suggest going with another company. Good work done eventually but SUCH a series of hassles to get it done and get a straight answer.

They rescheduled 5 times on us. I had to take off work multiple times and had barely any communication from them about the rescheduled times. Good thing I reached out or I wouldn't have even known that the times were being rescheduled.

More importantly, they are not an honest company. Sam, the owner, lies about being the owner. He is really difficult to deal with and is not transparent. Over the phone he told me they were doing a certain thing and replacing a certain part of our sewer in addition to the other part of the job. Then didn't follow through and that part never got replaced.

The crew that replaced most of our sewer did a great job. It was a highly effective crew and high quality work. Hard working folks who clearly know what they're doing. Too bad it's a really difficult company to work with, and you can't ever seem to get a straight answer from Sam. Backpedaling, half-truths, and hard to ever understand what he's saying.

Nick and Vaughn were terrific. Very efficient as they resolved my issue in way under an hour. Very friendly especially with dogs. The price seemed pretty steep for what they did, but these guys didn't have control over the pricing so can't knock them for that.
