AHS sent us another company that didn't finish the job and had to order special parts for leaking toilet. 4 days later they closed service call. AHS was then assigned are showed up quickly and Tony was very. Ice and professional saying the part needed was common and could have been bought at Lowes. 39 mins later toilet was fixed. Tony and Spartan will be my only plummer going forward!!!

I do have to say that Tony is a nice guy, responsive and punctual.

The reviews seemed good for this company and they may be good if you hire them directly but do not choose this company if you have AHS American home shield, unless your plumbing issue is super simple. First of all, home warranties I am realizing are very useless unless the issue is super simple. I had called AHS asking for a company that had the least complaints and this one I was told is rated triple A. I would say that they are very responsive and quick to schedule, but unmotivated to fix your plumbing issue if it is something that takes more than 15 minutes.

My sink was clogged and Tony ran a snake and worked diligently for 15 minutes or so but then told me ""bad news, the warranty only covers up to 20 ft and I ran my whole snake down there, you will have to contact your HOA."" I then call my HOA plumber CR plumbing and they arrive a few hours later and unclog it with a 30ft snake.

You couldn't get another snake 10 ft longer??? So I was annoyed and looked at my AHS contract that says I am covered up to 100ft. This is ridiculous for me to spend my service charge for this company to come and be so unmotivated to fix the issue they couldn't go 10 more feet. I do not recommend a company that only does the minimum because I ended up having to pay double for something that could have been done right the first time with just a tiny bit more effort. Who brings a 20ft snake??? You gotta have at least 35 to be a professional

A few weeks ago, American Home Shield appointed Relaxed Heating & Air, to check on my sewer back-up. We have had many problems since moving here almost 6 years ago. Two associates, came out and quickly figured out what was going on. The main clean-out (that was apparently missing, which I found out a few years ago and had to add a new one) was hiding under some bushes and was about 10 inches underground, capped with an old piece of pipe! The two brought the 'old' clean-out to ground level and fixed the rest of the mess. Thank you again so much, for your quick, efficient, clean & honest work, as well as your polite manner!

Spartan plumbing is full of #%? they were referred to us by AHS to fix our water heater, we (my wife and myself supplied our numbers, but they ""SPARTAN PLUMBING"" said they couldn't reach us so THEY cancelled the service request. NO one told us let alone contacted us. Spartan plumbing is lying. NO ONE TRIED TO CONTACT US. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying to senior citizens

As always, Spartan Plumbing has provided us with the best service. We had an extensive pipe issue upstairs but they got the problem resolved for us in no time.

Friendly, professional, asked the right questions and provided answers to put us at ease. On top of that, cleaned up when the job was done and gave me a breakdown of what was serviced, which was greatly appreciated.

Called my home warranty for my leak and they sent Spartan Plumbing. I had called independent contractors to come in and check on the issue because I was scared the problem would get worse over the weekend.
Alen responded in a timely manner, was professional, solved the problem and most importantly relieved my stress which was making me sick. I was so relieved to have seen him because he has been to my place before and helped me out with some plumbing problems. You can trust him to do the job. Alen and Tony are both very helpful and you can trust them with your plumbing issues. Look no further. They are reliable and come in earlier than their scheduled time. So awesome!!!

Avoid shady plumbers with outstanding profile at all times especially those that don't have any negative reviews. That should always be a red flag!
Please DON'T EVER CALL SAVEMORE PLUMBING. It advertises $0 service call but Maurice charges you after checking on the situation. Very deceiving profile, it shows all 5 stars but I believe those are being solicited from friends and relatives. Do your due diligence before hiring a plumber/contractor.

Avoid, run and find another company if you need service. They were provided through American Home Shield. Unmotivated staff and inaccurate diagnosis. I had to call a reputable plumber to fix.

Alen at Spartan Plumbing is extremely helpful and knows his craft!!! He has great prices and is always ready to help. I will definitely be using his services for our plumbing needs moving forward. Good plumbers are hard to find and glad I finally found one.
