Imagine my ""displeasure"" and continued frustration the morning after spending nearly $800 to replace the flushing mechanism in my toilet and finding it won't even flush. I had to repair their ""repair."" Yes, they were polite and had obviously been trained in sales techniques, but never again will I use nor recommend Spartan.

Spartan was responsive in the beginning, but after they did the initial job and we continued to have leaks, they were less eager to help. This company overcharged us by 3x the amount. If you charge this much, you should have better solutions for customer instead of trying to nickel and dime them. We ended up needing to do a reroute and this other company charged us much less than than our costs for the initial leak. Please make sure you get multiple quotes before deciding who will do your plumbing work. I made the mistake of not doing this and we suffered the consequences.

Never had so many issues with my plumbing since they came out. Now everything is leaking but they always have an excuse to why it's not their fault. Some of the plumbers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend

Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and timely. He was able to come before our scheduled appointment, and Bryan called ahead of time with a no pressure offer for Mike to come early with plenty of notice. If we weren't moving, this would be our go to plumbing service. Thank you Mike and Bryan for an outstanding customer experience.

Quoted $2,888 to replace my 40 gallon gas water heater with a new one with minimal 6 year warranty. And that was the 10% disocunted price if I joined the ""Spartan Shield"" membership club. Seriously?

Spartan contacted for a sewer back-up. Cleaned out the pipes and drain, but overcharged for this service. When I called to ask some questions on the bill, no one called me back.. Horrible customer service. They did not investigate the issue in advance, had wrong equipment and left and came back and then charged for all the hours for the back and forth nonsense. A 2 hour rooter service call was charged at nearly $900!! Plenty of other companies to call when you need a drain unclogged or leak fixed.

Please ensure you research pricing from other plumbing services in your area before you contact them. They are very overpriced!

Bad. Horrible service and way over priced. The tech who came was actually incompetent. As I asked question about possible options for repair he would always reach for his iPad and say let me get you a quote. I was actually for everything I asked. These guys are nickel and dime specialist. Beware
