Called Al at Sparrow on Saturday morning with a self made problem. Started to install a water softener and got in over my head. He answered the call and worked us into his schedule. Came to our home that morning and got running water again. Returned later that afternoon to install the soft water softener. It couldn't have been easier on us. No price gouging. Just one weekend fee even though he had to make two trips to work us into his schedule that day.

Not a word on my lack of skills that lead to this mess. He was very professional and did a great job. Very pleased,

Val saved the weekend ! I was going to wait till Monday to find a plumber for a backed up main drain, but when I pulled up plumbers on line his said 'OPEN' at 4:30 Saturday afternoon. Called and He was out in 20 minutes. Now we can 'flush' again worry free.
Great, friendly, informative guy. Will use again when the need arises. Highly recommend.

I engaged Sparrow Plumbing for a bathroom remodel job that I had and I had a short time window to get it done by. Val came out and gave me an estimate for the job and a time table in which he could complete the work. While he was higher priced than other bids he was also able to get the job done right away. After deciding to go with him and his acknowledgment of accepting the job and when he would once again complete the work he turned around cancelled on me later stated it was to much work for him and he doesn't have any interest in doing the job now. This now is going to further delay my job by 2 weeks where if he was up front with me at the beginning I would of been able to schedule with another provider.

I'm extremely impressed with the timing and communication Val provided us during our plumbing ""emergency"". A friend recommended Sparrow Plumbing as our regular plumber was days out. Val answered the phone, now we know that never happens! You either get a voicemail or a message that their mailbox is full. I explained the challenges we were having in our kitchen. Val calmed my nerves and put my frustrations to rest when he said he could be out the same afternoon. Val assessed our plumbing issue, called me to inform me of his finding, stated the cost and also informed me of the possible risks with the ABS piping. Val completed the work without incident, collected payment, emailed me a receipt and the rest of our day was joyful due to resolving our kitchen interruption. I would ""HIGHLY"" recommend his services to anyone.

Val did a great job fixing a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Since this was for an investment property and I don't live in MN any ore, he emailed me pictures! He went the extra step and checked everything else in the townhouse, including the water softener... I'm glad I now know a good reliable plumber as well!

I appreciate when someone in this industry has good communication skills and integrity. Val was able to come out within a short time to give me a quote and was able to do the work on the same day. He put in a new faucet and installed a RO water filtration system for us. He was honest and fair. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Val and his crew are fantastic! 100% recommended that you give him a call. We had a water heater on the fritz, called him in the morning, he was open to come out that afternoon for a quote. His quote was under the competition with a longer warranty. He had an opening in his schedule for the very next day and we booked him. We got lucky with our calendars lining up, so the 24 hour turn around might not always work, but he's darn quick! Val's install was quiet and clean as promised. Even went out of his way to go get a part for our sink that was old and rusty. We will definitely use him again.

One man team that you can trust get it done correctly the first time. I hired Valentin to install a new kitchen faucet in my kitchen. He gave me a quote and estimated how long it would take and got it done in the time promised. His prices are decent for the quality of work. He was super friendly and very helpful in informing me what he was going to do. I would highly recommend.

I hired Sparrow Plumbing to install an ADA toilet. He was prompt responding and setting up a home appointment. The toilet was installed the next day. It turned out that the toilet seat I selected caused the toilet to be too high. Val again responded promptly and brought out 2 different seats and a lower toilet as well.

I appreciated his responsiveness; his price was fair and included a 1 year warranty re: leakage. His plumbing skills were very good! I would highly recommend him!!

Val from Sparrow Plumbing saved the day when others didn't even respond. My hot water heater started leaking and I was at a loss. I needed it fixed immediately so I could sell my house. I called eight (8!!) other plumbers and they either wanted me to wait 6 days or didn't call back until 2 days later.

Val fixed the water heater the same day and also checked the faucets in my house. He went the extra mile and ordered a part for my Kohler faucet to make it flow better.
