I first used Sparky's a few years ago to fix several plumbing issues on a home I was selling. David was a complete godsend. He got my home inspection ready and his fees were affordable.
I've continued to call on David over the years to clean my lines, unclog toilets & sinks. He's even done odd repairs for me around the house. Elizabeth in the office, is always super responsive and personable too.
As a single mother, their service is invaluable to me. I appreciate their honest, quality work and that they never gouge me! Highly recommend!

My husband and I love supporting our community, mainly family-owned businesses. Just as Sparky's plumbing (David & Elizabeth Larmore), We have been loyal customers since 2016. David came on to service our tankless water. A week after the services, the tank made a noise. So-called David to let him know about the noise. And he rescheduled me three times due to his busy schedule and mentioned that he had to order a part for the relief valve. After I reached out to him for the 4th time, he told me to call someone else to fix it cause he was too busy. That was the worst customer service experience of my life. I called his wife, the owner Elizabeth Carol Larmore and mentioned what had happened and that we had to pay $475 on top of the $475 that we paid David to fix the broken valve that he had failed to do. Elizabeth, not giving the matter a high priority to customer satisfaction, came off with no customer service and was very harsh and unethical with us. We will never use them again.

This review should have happened years ago, but this business is great! They are professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. David ingeniously figured out how the get a water line to our refrigerator. He also installed a new water heater, kitchen sink faucet and saved our house from a major flood when the city's water pressure went crazy. Highly recommended!!

Thanks again to Dave and Sparkys Plumbing. I've hired Dave on a few occasions previously and he never disappoints. We had a leak in our tankless water heater in the garage today. Dave responded quickly, gave us some instructions and arrived promptly. He assessed the issue and figured out the problem and fixed it within a few hours. I cannot say enough about Dave's great customer service, dependability, knowledge and his ability to get the job done for a fair price. Not only were they the most economical out of the 4 quotes we got, they were also quick, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, they were honest and did not try to convince us that we needed extra work done. Will definitely be making them our go to plumbing service.
