Scam! Watch out. Doing business as Gables Plumbing - beware. My water heater was on the fritz. Promised site visit by 3:30 at the latest yesterday, """"possibly sooner"""", so I spent all day waiting. He arrived this morning at 10:30. Manager could have talked me through the repair on the phone: a hidden breaker behind a panel on the heater was tripped. Unprofessional, dishonest about who they are. Avoid.

Avoid this company or make sure to get any quote from them IN WRITING, BEFORE THEY START THE WORK! They will raise the price significantly after they complete the work. The owner, in my experience, was the one directing this practice. In addition to deliberately misrepresenting the price, they also employee very inexperienced plumbers and the quality of the work is sub-standard.

This plumber is not recommended. As to the work, the results are yet to be seen. However his business practices unacceptable.He sent me an invoice. I thought one charge was too high and wanted to go over it with my contractor. He said that was not acceptable. When I told him that I was having trouble paying him on Venmo, he called my tenant to complain to him. Any client has the right to ask questions about a charge. Calling my tenant is unacceptable and interferes with my relationship with him. The guy has been paid within four days of my receipt of the invoice. Hopefully his work is not as bad as the way I was treated. We live in hope.

Total fucking scam! Takes advantage of women who are unfamiliar with plumbing. Intimidates and refuses to leave until his service charge is paid which changes multiple times throughout a visit where he does nothing.

I requested a leak to be fixed under my kitchen sink. Hot and cold water valves were installed so I could shut off the water to the sink. The cost was $675. After 4 months, the hot valve was leaking. When I called the owner Haim Lankri to replace the valve, he quoted me another $400 to replace the hot valve. He stated it was not his responsibility for the valve being defective. I called another plumber and they installed another valve for $275. When they pulled the leaking valve, they determined it was defective. I strongly recommend not using Sparkle Plumbing as your plumber.

Finished renovating my home in July 2022 and put it up for sale. House was vacant. In October I receive a water bill of $1600. Water company insisted I had a leak. I contacted Tal Lancry from Sparkle plumbing (on invoice he sent me). Also connected to Amazing Plumbing (where internet shows he is connected to). Tal charged $850 for a leak detection. He did basic things like check showers, toilets, faucets and said no leak. He even tried insisting water company read the meter wrong because it did not indicate a leak. I later had them come back out to read again after Tal left and they again confirmed I had a leak. He then suggested a smoke test (he now says that wasn't for leak detection) but from what I understood it was to find leaks in pipes not visible. Desperate for answers I paid the $1200 he charged for that test as the water company told me my bill was trending even higher for next cycle I agreed. Tal Lancry completed smoke test and indicated no leak. He left my home with $2,050 and solved no issue. Insisted no issue existed. The next day my landscaper sent me a picture of a sprinkler purging water. He fixed it for $40. We assumed that must have been the issue since Tal Lancry insisted no leak existed at my home. Fast forward to January 2023 or 2.5 months after Tal inspected my home for no leaks. Water damage presented itself downstairs ceiling. I called a different plumber and they tracked the leak to the upstairs bathroom. When the trim had been installed a small nail punctured the pipe. A small leak had existed since the renovation of that bathroom (no one lived in house or used that bathroom since renovation) which means the hole existed when Tal Lancry inspected my home and charged me a total of $2,050 and insisted no leak. I have pictures, video and affirmation from plumber that found the leak and diagnosed the problem. I paid a total of $2,000 for the new plumber to find and repair leak and also have the bathroom put back together and the downstairs ceiling repaired (sheet rock, compound and painting). Less that what I paid Tal Lancry to find a leak that he insisted didn't exist. I contacted Tal and presented him my proof. He insisted the leak must have started AFTER he was at my house. Despite the water company insisting I had a leak back in October, despite my meter running high (as confirmed and reconfirmed by water company) before and after Tal Lancry found no leak. Tal just shouted over me on the phone blatantly ignoring all the tangible proof I have with none of his own. He couldn't just own up to the fact he failed at the job he was paid to do. And instead of doing that, instead of making it right he just ignored me after that. According to Tal, if you have a leak and he does a leak inspection and finds no leak - even if the next plumber does find and confirm a leak - he owes you nothing. You basically have to eat the fact that you pay him to not solve any issues. Terrible experience. Would never hire this guy or any company he is affiliated with again. Also - I see that Tal L left a 5 star Google review for his own company sparkle plumbing so I would question any other positive review. Who does that?!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. They quote you a price over the phone and then quote you a higher price just before they start the work. Inexperienced plumbers which did a lousy job. They were quick to ask for the money though. DO NOT USE!!! Check the reviews, it tells you how unsatisfied you will be.
