On July 5th we noticed a ceiling water stain and called our contractor who had remodeled a bathroom in that location a few years ago. He contacted Stephan, who arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and fixed it. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you, Stephan!

wasted two hours on this guy. he went outside to """"give me a quote"""" but never returned. he never called. after making a few calls to reach him he said he would arrive next morning at 8:30. my contractor waited for him from 8:00. he never showed or called. said he was there at 7:30 and left before 8:00. i called his office several times and only after threatening to leave this review did he call. i told him he needs to respect other peoples time. if he didn't want to do he job he should have called!!

Stephan is the owner and he gave a reasonable quote over the phone for clearing clogged toilet, so I scheduled him. He was earlier than anticipated, took time to assess the problem and charged $75 instead of the quoted $136. I had other estimates as high as $300. He was neat and very professional. I only recommend the best and I know from being in the building industry he is one of the best.
