Spaniol's has given us excellent service. Our gas hot water heater went out on a Saturday and I called Monday morning. They were here within 2 hours. I've have them change out fixtures & sinks. Great job and super neat.

We needed our water heater replaced. We had used Thumbtack previously to find a plumber when we first moved to Stayton. We were charged rates through the roof!!!! Looking back, we realized that we were really taken advantage of because we're seniors and didn't know better. When we had a new dishwasher installed, we heard one of the workmen say that Spaniol's was the best plumbing contractor in the State! So, when we needed a new gas water heater, we called them and were astounded at how reasonable the prices was. We will never go elsewhere for our plumbing needs in the future.

I called Spaniols after having a leak in my house service water line and not having water for two days. I spoke to the owner Tad Humphreys who couldn't have been more helpful and polite. I thought they were going to put me on a waiting list and tell me they would not be able to get out for a day or two like the other plumbers I had contacted. Alan came out after about an hour and fixed the leak. Not only did he do a good job but it was half of what the other businesses had quoted me. I told him ""that was really fast"" and Alan told me, ""yeah when we hear somebody is without water we put that on the top of our list."" all of this was done while I was still at work and over the phone. So when I asked him how they wanted to be paid Alan said, ""how do you wanna pay?"" He stated they could send a bill which was fantastic, because it didn't require me to leave work. It was a very pleasant experience, fast, and inexpensive.

I'm writing this review to explain how good Spaniol's is. A previous review, one, doesn't seem accurate. I have been in my house for a couple of years. In that time, they've worked on my water heater, some other multiple projects, and even replaced the incredibly rotted drain system under my house.

The work has been done well they even didn't charge me for one visit where there was a leak in an outside underground pipe that they couldn't find (had to hire a professional leak detection service to find it).

Suffice it to says, I'm very happy that we have a professional company in this community. The previous one-star review doesn't really jive with my experience with Spaniols.

Very poor quality work, very rude, extremely higher prices than quoted. When the workers finally do show up they are only there for a little while then leave and stretch a 3 or 4 hour job into multiple days.
