I I was recommended by a friend to space city plumbing a few months ago and honestly I didn't know what to expect. The crew was very professional the one that stood out to me I believe his name was Augustine nhe had every answer to every question that I asked which I don't usually get and their service was beyond impeccable. The main thing that impressed me was Their respect for the COVID-19 guidelines. Everybody wore their mask at all times and boot covers and gloves not only did a few of them are just wear masks some wore shields The price they offered me was almost 25% cheaper than any other company that I had called I will never go with anybody else with other than space City plumbing. thank you guys for such a good job

I called Space City Plumbing to diagnose an issue with the drainage in my Mother's shower in Pasadena. They were able to come out quickly and found the problem for immediate repair. Augustine and Jesse were very professional and informative. The price was reasonable too. Would definitely use them again with any plumbing issues!

I called Space City plumbing to check my 10 year old water that died. They quoted me a reasonable price given the work involved. Micah Jr. and Jose explained that there were several code issues with the current installation so they had to spend more time than a typical retro fit. When the job was complete everything work and looked great. I will call Space City Plumbing in the future and would recommend them to others.

I called Space City Plumbing because of my garbage disposal situation going on and within the hour Jesse and his assistant showed up, assessed the problem and got to work. Be aware of Space City Plumbing. One of their selling points was their 10 year warranty. After they finished the job they pointed out the ten year warranty they used as a selling point before the job, only included parts. To me this is very deceiving. The job was a three thousand seven hundred dollar job to replace a sewer line. Almost all the job was labor, just about 60 feet of 4" PVC and a few fittings. They essentially don't warranty their work. I would think if they knew they did good work, they would not mind warranting it. If it was done right, the likely hood of it having a problem is slim. Them being deceptive about the warranty makes me wonder about the confidence in their own work.

This is my first time reaching out to this plumbing service. I didn't know what to expect, but I had hoped and prayed that I've made the right decision in making an appointment with them. I've tried a few other plumbing companies before but I have never had a good lasting impression from the work and trust of the past plumbers.
I'm very grateful to the two workers that came to help fix my clogging problem. They were genuine, honest and direct, which was what I liked. I thank them for the time and hard work they have done for my house. I really appreciate the amount of effort that made to get the job done.

Mikcah was able to come on a Saturday afternoon within about an hour of our calling him. Restored water to our house after an accident with our 40+ year old pipes. Friendly, confident, and competent. Nice job! Other people we called either didn't answer the phone or thought we were too far to drive to. Their magnet is now on our refrigerator.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink, in the wall. Took picture and video and sent to several plumbers. Space City Plumbing had a more reasonable price and they came out in less than an hour after my call. Some of the other companies could not get to me same day and would have cost more. Some of the companies were so outrageous on the price that I removed their name and numbers from my phone and will never be calling them back. Alfonso and his co-worker were very professional and fixed it without any problems. I called Space City Plumbing after it was fixed and spoke with Micah, who was so nice and so grateful that I had called him back to tell him of my great experience. I asked for some of their cards, and will be giving them to my friends. :)

On a Saturday and this is the only one that returned my call! They used to be called "Haley's" until a retirement. Anyhow, great guys and perfect, right now service. Couldn't recommend any higher. Great plumbers!!
