Nothing but good things to say about them. Very professional and thorough. The owner Mike answers the phones himself, he helps to properly triage his clients to ensure that emergencies are addressed as soon as possible. And his staff are all good hearted people who care about their work.

We called mid-morning with problem and Micah had someone here by noon. Mario worked so hard finding the leak and replaced hot/cold water lines all the way to water heater in attic. They did an excellent job and would highly recommend Space City Plumbing and their prices were very reasonable.

I recently had a problem with the main sewer line at my home. I immediately began to reach out to plumbers in my area. Space city plumbers were the first to respond, which gave me great relief. Two guys were sent out that same day, and told me that in order to unclog the line and run a camera through the line to determine the cause for the blockage, it would cost me $640. Because I have never experienced anything like this and had no idea what a typical cost for this service should be, I agreed. The guys later told me that the blockage was due to roots from a tree near the line and that the cost would be $6500 to replace the entire line or $5500 to replace just the portion that is blocked. I was stunned. I paid the $640 and continued to call other plumbers. In the end, I found someone else to do the work for $2200 and was told that the original diagnostic work should have been no more that $200. I still feel foolish for not getting more estimates first but I felt like this problem needed to be address without haste. Now, I want to warn others about the ridiculously expensive cost for service with this company. I appreciate their swift response but charging that much more than the competition is just not cool. No need to rip people off.

My family has used Space City Plumbing for years. From garbage disposal, toilet, and faucet installations to ensuring our bathtub and showers are safe with horizontal and vertical grab bars, they have met our expectations every time.

It's pretty nice to use a family-owned business where people really strive to give you the best experience from scheduling with one of the owners, who is kind & funny when you exchange follow-up text messages, to the technicians that arrive at your house (i.e., Mikah/Mike, Mario, or Jessie), who are always polite, professional, and thorough.

You can't go wrong hiring this company. The value of their work exceeds what they charge.

We had a backed up toilet that led to an outside sewer line break. The team quickly diagnosed and provided prompt service to resolve. Very professional and informative along each step. Great clean-up after job was done.

Have been using Space City Plumbing for years. Fast service and quality work. Just had my sewer line replaced in the backyard and they replaced all the flagstone on the patio perfectly. Doesn't even look like it was ever disturbed. Highly recommend

Do not use, do not even call, they over charge and just are not trustworthy. They change the agreed price from $750 to $1000. Was willing to pay higher than normal price since it was a weekend emergency but to change the price after I agreed that was just low.

My mother-in-law (sweet little old lady) has a plug in her house.
She called Mikah and he had folks out there that day.
The gentleman that were there did not have the correct tools to accomplish the task. (Unprofessional)
How do you show up to a job without the correct tools?
The men were more interested in buying tools from my mother, (that used to be, my now, passed away brother-in-law's tools).

THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE PLUG!!
SPACE CITY PLUMBING DID CHARGE HER $200 ANYWAY!

I called Mikah, to give him a chance to rectify, or at least, explain to me why he and his men charged, my mother, but did not fix the problem.
No call back, no messages, no text.
You had a chance, Mikah!

200 dollars later, I NOW have to go and remove tge plug for myself. She woukd have been better off , and $200 richer, calling me first.

I absolutely despise companies that take advantage of sweet little old ladies!

That has to be illegal!?
Charge for a job that you were hired for, and not do what the job required?

Mikcah was quick, efficient, and very helpful with our busted pipes. I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs. These guys get the job done and always do the best. They even sent out Jesse to double check there work.
