We had a backed up shower drain and asked our friend if he knew any good plumbers. He recommended Steve to us. I called him and he came out right away within an hour to assess the situation. He spent time explaining the working of a plumbing system and how everything is connected and flows. He is a drain specialist so I learned a lot about plumbing I never knew. He found the issue right away and just like that, the problem was solved. He also took us around outside and explained where the water shut offs were and where the main sewer pipes go from the street to the house. He is a very nice guy and will educate so you know what to do if anything else comes up. I would highly recommend him. He is an owner operator so you are dealing directly with the man in charge. :-) you will not be disappointed.

I have a home warranty, and they assigned SP Plumbing for a leaking shower drain. He came out twice, took pictures, collected my copay for the home warranty, and dissappeared. No calls for finishing the work, either from him or from the warranty company. After waiting a month, I called a reliable plumber and got my shower fixed.

Also the payment I made did not show up on the warranty site, so I uploaded a copy of the payment.

Do not make the mistake of using this plumber.

Steve faked a rock in our disposal! Our warranty claim was denied. A real plumber looked, took photos and that decision was reversed. On top of that he didn't ever return our calls, was late, and got lost the second time he came by. Terrible plumber. Don't hire him.
