We paid them to replace our Fascia that strip of wood under our gutter. They bought a vinyl strip and said it would last nearly a life time and we paid $150 for it and it cost $70 so we figured since they were so affordable we would just let them keep it.

They did the job and left but we had to clean up after them for they didn't have a broom and we noticed a hole on the back side of the Fascia going into the attic

We contacted Sergio Perez that same day and sent photos and he texted us saying he would stop by after the job he was on, but never came and that was Oct 13th and it's now the 19th

He has a good star rating on google so I'm surprised he's ignoring us and we gave him an $80 tip water for him and his helper and trash bags to pick up. He didn't even fuss about having to help clean up.

We were respectful to them and asked for them same in return..

But didn't get it!
