Needed a local plumber to cap a gas pipe to a non working heating furnace. Google and found this company on Yelp. Read 1 good review and gave them a call.
Scheduled with Rose for technician to come out on Friday. Very nice person.

Technician, Jeff, called to verify he was on the way with eta. Arrived on time.
He gave an estimate of cost after looking at the job. He gave a price I thought was too high, but, since this is my 1st time calling a plumber it sounded reasonable. The work he done was excellent. Fast and efficient. Cleaned up the area and took the removed items with him. Very friendly. Will call again for service.

I had great service, from the office to the installers of my water heater. As for the negative reviews, I find them hard to believe as they bent over backwards to make time for my appointment. And because they are Lowe's installers, I got follow up Lowe's and from Rose in the office.

Ordered a shower door from Lowe's and installers were Soverignty Plumbing. Rose called to schedule and Jacob did the installing. On time, pleasant and friendly. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from since my experience was nothing but professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumbing company. Would definetely call them back for any of my plumbing needs.

Terrific Job! Rose responded to my email ASAP (I hate the phone, always use email) and we scheduled easily. Jacob came a little late, but I'd gotten a call to let me know, so no biggie. He carefully evaluated the problem (it was a tricky one) and while I would have been willing to go the more thorough, expensive route, he suggested we do the obvious fix and see if problem # 2 even existed before we bother fixing it. Probably saved me $400 by not removing the whole dishwasher and fixing something that didn't need repair. Turns out problem #2 didn't exist at all and it was suspected only because problem #1 was making it difficult to tell what was really going on. Both Jacob and Rose were super friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Jacob arrived on time, quickly installed our dishwasher, removed the old one, took all the packaging and garbage with him when he left and managed to get the whole thing done in 1 hr 15 min. Worked out awesome. He was polite, professional and even went above his duty by installing an extra part of the system that wasn't originally contracted but would ensure proper operation of our new dishwashing system. Super pleased with his workmanship and attitude. Would definitely call him again to help with other plumbing issues.

Rose who handled the scheduling was extremely friendly and helpful. After she made the appointment, I got a follow up email to confirm.

Jacob phoned me when he was on his way and when he arrived he was friendly, courteous, and professional.

He fixed my disposal and leaking sink quickly and at a reasonable price.

Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends.

The lack of professionalism is astounding.

When we ordered a new dishwasher through Lowes, they provided Sovereignty Plumbing as their installer, who called to schedule for a Thursday a week and a half later at 12PM.

The week of the install they asked if they could move it from 12PM to 3PM. Then the same day from 3PM to 5PM. At 4:45PM the Installer (and owner) called and asked if we would like to reschedule. When I informed him that I could not (as I was leaving town the next morning and wanted it taken care of before then), he complained that ""it seems like everyone needs it now too,"" but agreed to come at 7PM, understanding that I had an evening obligation at 8PM.

7PM comes, no installer. I call at 7:15, only to get voicemail. Again at 8PM to only get voicemail. At 8:45, the installer finally calls back to tell me I will have to reschedule, but that the next morning is already booked with other customers.

At this point, I have taken a day off work, rescheduled 3 times for their convenience, stood up by the installer, and forced to reschedule for another unspecified time, but not the next day.

The next morning, their staff does not call, and at 10:30 I finally reach out before departing to be told that the next available time in their schedule is next Tuesday at 3PM, but assures me that this time they will be there.

Another day off from work to deal with this Plumber.

They call on Tuesday, and see if they can install early, at 2:30PM. I rush home to meet them, only to have the installer arrive at 3:15PM. While this is a completely acceptable time, in their 3-5 window given on my 6th time talking to the company, it was further frustrating, given they requested the earlier time slot.

Yet, when the Installer, and Owner, arrived... not even a mention of an apology for the mismanagement of their time and resources and the effect on their customers schedule.

Their blatant disregard for their customers is stagering. There are numerous other plumbers in the area... use someone else who actually values your time.

I wanted to do some updates to my bathroom (shwr door, lav faucet, 3-handle tub faucet, shwr head) in an apartment and really needed to do it as inexpensive as possible. You know the saying, ""the cheap comes out expensive."" Well not in this case, because according to Jacob, when the bid is honest it comes out just right. I had 4 plumbers come in for bids and Sovereignty was lower by about 25%. One guy claimed this was an 8hour project, Jacob finished in 5. I'm a single female and Jacob made me feel comfortable, he was professional, and unlike some of the other guys I didn't feel like he was sizing up my place to see how much he could pad the bill. Jacob also got bonus points from me for removing his shoes when he came to do the estimate WITHOUT having to be asked, and before stepping into my place. He looked down, saw white carpet, me with no shoes, & immediately put two and two together. Some other people just walked in like they owned the place. He answered all my questions BEFORE I asked them, and was very clear on the work that needed to be done.

And when I couldn't find the shut off valve for the building (which my landlord promised to have taken care of before he left for the day) Jacob was extremely patient (while I panicked) and helped me find it.

As for the install, the work was clean and better than I'd expected. There were a couple scratches on the shower door I purchased (so I got it on sale), when Jacob installed it I couldn't even find them. Before he left he explained how common minor repairs could be handled in lew of calling a plumber. And this morning I called him to ask how to replace another fixture that I had initially decided not to have him replace. I figured he might blow me off, rush me off the phone, or just give me a vague answer...nope, he walked me through the 5min process. UMM, can someone say SERVICE? I'd definitely recommend Jacob and Sovereignty Plumbing.

Jacob installed our new Bosch dishwasher. It was a difficult install, but he did what had to be done. We're very pleased.
