He insisted on payment up front of 15 hundred for supplies and 4 months later he only managed to cut a big hole in my floor and constantly made excuses why he couldn't come over and do the work. When I asked about a refund he would lie about bringing me a check and never refunded me. I since heard this isn't the first time he's done this.
Sondra R.Honestly if I could give him a negative rating I would. I paid upfront for the work that never got started. Always had excuses to why he could not show up. And eventually stopped answering phones ect. Do not hire him ever.
