I hired Vance to reconnect my garbage disposal to a new sink as well as install a new under sink water filter. I paid him $600 for the job. The installed water filter seems to working fine. But he poorly reinstalled the garbage disposal which he left leaking. He blamed me for the leak because I didn't want to buy a new garbage disposal, The existing one works fine. When I told him I didn't need a new one he gave me more nonsensical excuses (I've never worked with a stainless steel garbage disposal before, it's not the brand I'm used to working with....i have an insinkerator which is a Home Depot product line.). I told him another plumber said I can reinstall the current one and dont need to buy a new one. Vance kept arguing with me so I just said I'll have someone else take care of it.

It wasn't installed correctly and leaks from base of sink where garbage disposal is connected. I sent him the video and a picture of the paper gasket but didn't receive any response. I used him and was willing to pay a premium because he came recommended. I appreciated his quick response when I called him but needless to say, I DO NOT recommend him.
