Great Service. Noticed a leak in the water heater early this morning, called Southwest Water Service and the receptionist got Aaron to call me withing a few mins to help instruct me on how to turn off everything and gave me a quick quote on replacement costs. On agreeing he gave me further instructions on how to help prep the heater ready for them early in the afternoon. Aaron and team arrived within 5 hours of the initial call and quickly had the old heater out and new heater installed and ready for use.

Southwest Water has done amazing work at our home. They have installed a new hot water heater, water softener and garbage disposal. The workmanship is outstanding. The give you an estimated time of arrival to complete the job and follow through as promised! The people working for this company are very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Southwest Water if your looking for quality work and people who stand behind their work.

Great service, great response time. All the water in my house was shut off due to a broken water softener, potentially until the next day. They came out right away & had me up & running the same morning. Hopefully my wife will be in a better mood now............

Background--By default we acquired Southwest Water as our R-O and water softener provider when our home was remodeled years ago. Paul was our service provider and always found him to be pleasant and hard working. We were on a regular maintenance schedule with the company. We had an issue with an unrelated plumbing matter and Southwest owner Don forced himself upon us to solve the problem claiming it was a trivial matter. It became something larger when he could not solve the problem after 1 1/2 days of walking the property. When he presented us with a bill of $1500 we objected and he said it was reasonable as he felt we could afford it. Not only was the bill excessive but he never identified the problem we were having. We terminated his service and hired another company. We learned quickly we were being overcharged for maintenance by Southwest Water and wished we had terminated the company sooner.
Recently, our current service provider determined we needed new water purifier canisters and provided us with a price. He encouraged us to compare to other providers. We contacted Southwest and spoke to Jennifer. We asked for a copy of our original bill and she said she would send it that same day. She also said she would have Aaron contact us with a proposal for new canisters. Neither sent a copy nor called. Days later we called the office, spoke to Jackie, and asked to speak to Jennifer whom she said was busy and then asked to speak to Aaron. After some time, Aaron responded and we asked if he had received the message from Jennifer. He said he had and when we asked why he had not forwarded the requested documentation and return our phone call and he said he believed we would not use Southwest for the replacement job. We asked how much we had originally paid and what new cannisters would cost. It turns out the original charge was comparable to our replacement job and Southwest cost for replacement was more than $1600 than our current provider. Aaron was terse and dismissive. Other homeowners in our neighborhood chose to cancel their relationship with Southwest and use other R-O and water softener providers when they learned of this company's practices.

Our recommendation is buyer beware. If you hire or are currently using this company make certain their fees are competitive and make certain they perform as you have agreed. Don't expect responsive, professional customer service from Jennifer or Aaron.

Driving way too fast in a residential neighborhood, when I called the grumpy old man in the office was extremely rude and really didn't care that his truck was going 40 in a 25, he words were well if no one got hurt what's the issue.

We bought a house with their system already installed. They came out to check that everything was working. Great customer service! We want to add to the system in the future and will be using them. Great to know they do water heaters too!

Do not buy a system from these folks. They installed a soft water and RO system in the house 4 years ago. Today neither is properly working. Despite advising me on the phone that the system is under warranty and should only need something minor, after walking in the door they say none of the parts that aren't working are covered by warranty, but if I spend several hundred dollars, they can fix it.
