I reached out to Southwest Plumbing Services and a few other plumbing places via Yelp messages after we discovered a pipe leak in our kitchen. Justin reached out to me right away, and instead of getting the typical response of ""this is our hourly rate"" or ""call us to schedule,"" Justin actually asked me questions first about the problem. After I called him he was able to walk me through the process and the steps that had to be taken in order to get the leak fixed. He recommended a good water restoration company, and they also responded right away. Justin was kind enough to stop by Tuesday evening and look at things for us. He got us booked for the following day and not only fixed the leak, but he also replaced our hot and cold water valves, too. Overall, we are impressed with the speedy response and the assistance we received. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely recommend Southwest Plumbing Services, and plan to use them for future needs.

I have found you on yelp because I have some faucet licking problems I started the read about you everyone was saying how good and care fast service you have which I liked so much that I decided to exchange messages with you Justin, you know who you are soon after talking and sending pictures of my problem you knew before hand what I was talking about it. I had discovered a water leak on my main water line that George Brazil repaired a few years ago, so I called Justin first thing at 7am and received a return call within 5 minutes. I described the issue and he was able to give me a rough estimate on the phone and let me know he would stop by the same day as his last appointment. He made me aware when he was on his way and showed up to assess the repair. He pointed out that he could replace the faulty coupler at a lower rate or redo the entire repair that was poorly done with lower grade materials and even had a smaller sized piece of copper in between the original piping. He gave me the quote which was half what I paid George Brazil. He completed the job within 2 hours and everything looked good and worked properly. Justin is very professional, does a great job and communicates well keeping you informed of everything you need to know.
