I have contacted several plumbers for a quote, This plumber was the most responsive and quick to answer all my questions. And was very prompt and very friendly. I had a clogged kitchen sink that I could not get it unclogged my self after nearly 2 weeks of trying. He fit me in as soon as he was available. In addition to my kitchen sink he also did some work on both of my outside hose spicket that had small leaks. he did a fantastic job and fixed all my issues and explained a few things under my sink that I didn't know before. I would do business again for any of my plumbing needs.

Had issues with my shower valve and hot water tank at the same time. I found this Company on Yelp and Justin called me within 5 Minutes. He was very courteous and easy to work with. He showed up the next day fixed the problem for a fair price. While he was here fixing the shower valve I mentioned to him the issues I was having with my hot water tank and he offered to take a look at it. He came back with his partner Fabian and fixed the hot water tank the next day. Both guys are very knowledgable and did a great job. I will definitely be using this company again next time I have a plumbing issue. Response time was very prompt and very satisfied with the whole experience.

Justin came to my house just a few minutes after I called even if it was already 7:45pm (thank you Yelp!). He fixed the leaking faucet outside my house. It was an easy fix for him that took less than 30mins. He was very polite, professional and even gave me a walkthru on how to turn off the main water valve in the house in case a leak happened again. I reached out to Southwest Plumbing Services and a few other plumbing places via Yelp messages after we discovered a pipe leak in our kitchen. Justin reached out to me right away, and instead of getting the typical response of ""this is our hourly rate"" or ""call us to schedule,"" Justin actually asked me questions first about the problem. After I called him he was able to walk me through the process and the steps that had to be taken in order to get the leak fixed. He recommended a good water restoration company, and they also responded right away. Justin was kind enough to stop by Tuesday evening and look at things for us. He got us booked for the following day and not only fixed the leak, but he also replaced our hot and cold water valves, too. Overall, we are impressed with the speedy response and the assistance we received. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely recommend Southwest Plumbing Services, and plan to use them for future needs.

Great people to deal with and better priced than other plumbing services. I had Justin reset a toilet as the bolts had rusted and he came out the next day and did it and resealed it ,looks great . I recommend Southwest Plumbing Services ,they are great to work with .
