My tub had been leaking and Justin came out to check it out. I was told I would need to replace my tub and drain system. I was told I would receive a quote the next day which I never received. I followed up with Justin 3 times and he never responded to me.
I finally had another Plummer come out who discovered the drain in the tub was loose and had no calking. Quick and much less expensive fix on the spot.
Disappointed that this wasn't even checked during the initial visit and on top of it completely ghosted me when I was willing to pay for the work he said I would need.

Setup an appointment with Justin. He did not show up. I called and he said he was on his way. Two hours later and he did not show or respond to my calls. The right thing to do would be to call and let us know he would not be able to make it anymore but that did not happen.

Justin and his assistant Zane came out within an hour of me calling this morning. After taking a look at our two shower faucets, he gave me an estimate and called around for the parts that were needed. He ended up having to go do some driving around for what was needed, but I expected that and was very happy that I did not have to go and find what was needed. He came back and finished everything up really quickly, giving me advice for a replacement that still needs to be done when we can swing the cost. I'm so thankful for the work that he did and that he was available so quickly. I should have called a long time ago.

We used Justin twice for our faucet problems. He was quick to answer the phone and call back. Even after hours (10:30 pm). He was also great about explaining prices and what would work out best for us.
I was impressed with their professionalism and service. We would definitely use them again!

Can I give a ZERO? he never showed up made an appointment 10 days in advance for 9 AM November 9th...9 am..nobody comes by so I texted him at 9:30 am ..to see if he was coming. Never even bothered to answer. Still waiting for a response 12 hrs later.,I take it Justin had a bigger better paying job at 9 am on a Friday morning or he figured it wasn't worth getting out of bed for. Do not call these people...unless you like to waste your morning. My time is worth money too. All these 5 star reviews must be fake because NOBODY would have that kind of customer communication and get 5 star reviews.
