I am a realtor and the buyers agent chose this company. They put a camera down the main pipe found some roots in the main line and a ""bit""of grease near the kitchen area. When I called to see what the repair would cost they wanted to dig up the pipe and replace the part that had roots in it at $105. per hour - calculating 6- 7 man hours!

I asked can't you just rooter it out and he said well yes we could do that- that would cost $30.00 plus 1 hour at $105. And they could put an enzyme down the drain to clear out the ""bit"" of grease. I thought that was more like it
The guy they send out- DOES NOT have a copy of their original report. He said OH NO, the kitchen is clogged and had to be rootered as well! By the time he finally finished telling me what had to be done, I complained we were doing more than what was required on his report, he told me not to catch an attitude with him or he would just pack up and leave and I could just find myself someone else to do the job! For a timing factor I bit my tongue and let him finish, What was supposed to be a $135.00 job took almost 3 hours of my time and $290.00 of the seller's money! This company is ALL about the money and building up that invoice. I will never use them again I think they are abusive and abrasive!

Joel was here today to work on our tankless water heater (de-scaling) and check out the reason we keep getting air through the hot water lines in the showers and sinks. He also changed the supply valves on our toilets. The supply valves that were there must have been original to the house because we couldn't close them. Those valves were in what we thought was a location that was going to require one of the toilets to be removed in order to get access. While the de-scaling solution was doing its thing in the water heater, Joel went to work on replacing the old valves with the new 1/4-turn valves. He was very quick/efficient and didn't have to remove either of the toilets. Don't know how he managed to get behind the toilets to get the replacements in place! We are very pleased with the results. He was pleasant to work with and made sure everything was cleaned up. Awesome job, guys!!

Southwest Plumbing, they are awesome!!! We had a clogged shower/bathtub. It wouldn't drain. Very frustrating for us because we tried to fix it on our own. Nothing worked. We called at least six plumbing companies and everyone was ""too busy"" and couldn't come out. We called Southwest Plumbing and spoke to Ginger; very professional and helpful and a great listener. She had someone come to our house in less then an hour! Zeke showed up very professional, great positive attitude, very nice guy, and was so informative about everything! He fixed it quickly! We are very satisfied. Awesome work, very dependable and very affordable. We definitely recommend to everyone! We will call them again if we ever have a plumbing issue! Awesome company!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! They're so friendly professional and punctual! We have a vacation rental here in PS and have dealt with so many plumbers, That weren't punctual or professional, and with our busy schedules, that's very important. I can say for sure that Southwest is the only plumbing company We'llever use!

This is the third time I have used Southwest Plumbing, but it is the first time that I have taken the time to write a review. My prior experiences were also exceptional.

We had a leak from the plastic head of a stainless toilet fill hose. There was quite a bit of water that flowed into the carpets before I discovered the source and turned off the water to the tank.

We have a large home in a gated community, which we leave for the summer. The plumber agreed with my idea to replace seven other hoses. I was amazed that he had the supply on his truck to effect this in the one trip!

Jerry told me what it could be like to have that leak go on for DAYS before discovery. He suggested that I turn off the water to the house when we leave for extended periods. Even though I did not ask him to do so, he carefully checked every sink to make sure they had the stainless hoses with the stainless heads.

These folks are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, communicate well, do not oversell, explain what is needed, all with a minimum amount of 'monkey motion'.

They will be the first call I make next time I need a plumber in the Coachella Valley. Thank you!

Southwest Plumbing offers professionalism, quality, and more. We remodel houses and have gone through a number of plumbing contractors. While they aren't the cheapest company around - you don't want to go cheap on plumbing!!!

25 Jan 16 - On Sunday, the 15th, we had a plugged master bath toilet. I attempted to clear it several times with a plunger. Didn't work. I called a few plumbing companies on Sunday. Too costly, or their schedule was full until later in the week. I waited until Monday, and I called a couple local plumbing companies in our area. Southwest Plumbing had been recommended (on Sunday) by a representative of another reputable company. I called at 8 a.m., and Southwest's receptionist (Maritza) was very courteous, helpful, and informative. She explained every question I had about cost, cost additions if necessary, etc. She advised that I answer the phone (we use Caller ID, so this was important), because the worker will call to let us know when he will arrive. Zeke called at about 8:30. Zeke, the plumber, arrived before 9 a.m., did the clearing with a ""toilet snake"" device within 15 minutes, and was very informative. I asked him about a different problem, and he checked the house water pressure. It is at the correct reading, so the problem is resolved in my mind. Zeke is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The company is fortunate to have someone of that caliber. I will recommend Southwest Plumbing to any who ask about the same problem we underwent with the toilet.

I was in need of emergency plumbing service (broken pipe). I called at least 7 different companies before calling Southwest Plumbing. The second they answered the phone I was impressed. The office staff was courteous and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when Ginger told me she could have someone out right away. 20 minutes later, the plumber was at our house. The repair was complete in a reasonable amount of time and was a fair price. I highly recommend Southwest Plumbing!!!!
