I contacted this business purely based on local reviews I saw in Yelp. The previous reviews were very accurate and I was delighted with the job that Kelvin and his team of professionals did. Communication was clear, they turned up early, they were very tidy and polite. The work started at 8:30am and was finished by 3ish. Work consisted of a full property repipe 3 bed 2 bathroom. I decided to dig the trenches myself (as well as I could) and Kelvin and his crew did the installation. They also gave me some options regarding improvements to my existing services which was very kind. Overall I am very satisfied with this work it is a pleasure to work with professionals. The city inspector approved the workmanship.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. They repiped our home in Laguna Hills in less than 8 hours. Their entire crew were friendly, clean and efficient and they even tolerated our annoying Lab who kept escaping. They listened to everything we wanted, and even covered a couple drywall holes they didn't make. Overall, it was the best plumbing experience we've had...and we've had quite a few! We will refer them out to anyone we know.

When I heard that the whole job would be done in one day, I thought yeah right! But lo and behold it was done in like 8 hours! Nice to see that they all wore masks and even though the temps were in the 100s they were all very nice and answered any questions we had! Cleanup was easy, they had covers on everything!

All the reviews that I read were true to their word and experience. Southwest copper repiped my parents home and I was very impressed. I don't normally write reviews except when the experience is exceptional. The words that ring true are reasonable, respectful and fast! I didn't think they would honestly be done in one day - but rest assured, they bring in enough people to complete the job in a day. I would definitely recommend Puma and will be sending him referrals in the future! If you are deciding If you want to use Southwest copper, think no further, just call them you won't be disappointed!

I had my entire home( water heater, restrooms, kitchen, laundry room, fridge, water hose lines and main line) repiped with copper tubing. They showed up on time with a big crew and finished the work in one day. They patched and textured all the walls and cleaned up. I would recommend them because they do excellent work at a reasonable price!!!

Rating is really less than 1 star! In 2004 we had repipping with Southwest Copper repipping. Within 1 year we have had 5 leakes. Guess they used CRAP COPPER. Of corse they claim it was the good stuff. 3 leakes in the last 3 weeks. Shouldn't it last more than 14 years?? The old pipe was better than this copper crap. I'm sure it would have served us well...but we thought we would go with copper because it would last our life time...WRONG. Don't use Southwest Copper Repipping, unless you like throwing your hard-earned $ away!

Calvin and his team are VERY professional, experienced and hard working. He has a very large crew that got everything done in one day. His crew arrived exactly the time he said they would start. I had to have the whole house repiped and outside to the street. Price was very reasonable. I cant say enough about how great they were. THANK YOU.

These guys don't mess around. They showed up with a crew of about 5 guys. They each agreed to a part of the re-pipe and went to town. The the main guy would not even take my payment until we inspected each area of the re-pipe. My family is 100% satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The guys were respectful too :)

Recently had these guys come in and re-pipe my 1960's home. I was referred to them by several of my neighbors as they have apparently done several homes on my block.

Couldn't be happier, great rate and they had my entire house completely done in about 6 hours. They offered and installed new outlets for outdoor hoses I may want/need in the future as well as a line for my refrigerator. They went out of their way to make sure I was aware of my options for both what I need now and what I may need in the future.
