I asked for bathtub repair. I had an appointment for the next day late morning since my wife was off work. After several calls with different excuses and updates, I was told when I cancelled that i misunderstood and was scheduled for a week out.
No one seemed to know what was the true situation since I was told multiple stories, not one of which was that I misunderstood the scheduled repair date .
Poor business practice
