Yesterday, it is our third time to hire Southside Plumbing. Found the water leaking from the basement ceiling, Mark came and quick identify the issue, then the problem solved. As before, quick and honest.

He helped us for the water valve issue as well last year. Provided a quick fix and long term suggestion.

Thank you again, Mark. He definitely is our go-to person for the any plumbing works.

Mark came by today and replaced our water heater. His pricing was much lower than an initial quote we received and he also came with great reviews. He was professional and courteous.

I also had him take a look at two other issues; one being a leaky sprinkler valve and the other being a valve that needed to be upgraded on a newly installed furnace humidifier. He fixed those too, and at a reduced cost because of the water heater install and because he was here already.

Unlike the other company, he didn't try to up sell us on a tankless water heater and an annual service agreement.

We will absolutely will call Mark with our future plumbing needs!

Mark came out and made quick work of repairing a leaky washer valve. He was able to stop the leak by tightening the packing nut and was okay if I accepted that solution, but he also offered me an option to replace the valve since the nut was almost as tight as it could go, which was a very reasonable price. I chose the option to replace since I don't want to deal with the issue again, and an hour later everything was done. The work was quality, it resolved the issue and he took great care not to make a mess of the drywall. I enjoyed having Mark do the work, and I'll definitely call them if I need plumbing work again! I'm super happy!

I called them at 3:45 on Columbus Day because my kitchen sink was leaking. They arrived at 4:05, had all the hardware they needed in their van, and were out the door to the next job at 4:20. Great service, friendly technicians, and a price straight out of the 1960s.
